Villas in Perast

Superb 3 bed villa in a great location, the view across the bay is fantastic, and only a short walk to Porto Montenegro. Has everything you need. Beds are huge and comfortable, showers are great. Highly recommend.

It is a charming place, beautifully located. James was very helpful, giving us plenty of advice whenever we needed and helping to organise things. The house is perfect, especially if you enjoy cooking during your holidays and nice walks near the sea. Lovely experience!

Such a beautiful little haven. We had to work temporarily for this week abs the house was well equipped. It also had aircon which was a treat during the hot evenings. There is a church bell right adjacent which rings every half hour but it’s not excessive. The staff were SO helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our additional requests.

Great place we were looking forward to. Unfortunately we had to cancel last minute due to Covid measures. Owner showed flexibility and offered full refund. We'll book when possible again.

We had booked Villa Ruza for 4 weeks in July 2020. Due to the COVID-19 situation we were unable to go, but the owner reached out to us at a very early stage offering a full refund in case we wanted to cancel and leaving the offer open right up to our departure date. We were unable to visit Villa Ruza this year because of Covid 19 travel restrictions. However, the owner was extremely helpful when we first booked, and very understanding when we had to cancel. We’re looking forward to booking again, and staying when restrictions are lifted.

This was my 2nd time staying at Villa Stari Mlin and I couldn’t recommend it enough! The house is gorgeous and pristine, with the most gorgeous views. The hosts were so accommodating and helpful, and made the experience all the more special.

We had a small wedding at the Villa. The setting and weather were perfect and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. There are great views from the verandah and by the pool over Lustica Bay.

We had an amazing stay at Villa stari. The house was incredible with fantastic views over the sea, the gardens were also beautiful and well kept. Our check in and check out went very smoothly and we had great recommendations for food and activities from the host. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

Perfect place. Clean and well equipped. Is the perfect base to visit lustica and all surroundings. The host must have put so much effort to create such beautiful apartment.

Good value, convenient location The staff were helpful and friendly, the room clean and well appointed. The villa was beautiful even more beautiful than in the photos, surrounded by nature. Inside, the house is very well equipped with all useful utensils The hosts are wonderful people, available and ready to help. We forgot a suitcase and Vladimir helped and followed us in all the steps of the expedition. The villa was certainly an excellent choice, which we would gladly make again.

I had a super stay in the beautiful and well-kept villa Hrarbri Vuk. The host was very friendly and helped us discover the best of the region. The villa is not too far from the beautiful town of Budva, easy to do with a taxi. There is a lot to see in the region, definitely worth a visit.

We rented the whole of Villa Hrabri Vuk and had a really nice stay there. The villa was clean when we arrived and the host (Vladimir) was very friendly. Vladimir later helped us with translations from serbian and other practical things. I would recommend going here! a taxi to budva is cheap and with a car you can make day trips to all the nice spots on the coast.

The hotel is centrally located, near the bus station and about a 20-minute walk from the beaches of Budva. Those beaches are overcrowded and not clean, though. The awesome thing was that every day I hopped on the bus to explore different towns along the coast. If you are adventurous, staying round the corner from the inter-town bus station could be useful. Good location is the only plus. If you go there just for an overnight stay, then ok. The villa has a lot of small jambs that can be easily fixed and everything will be ok. After reading the bad reviews I was very worried about going. We rest with a child of 3 years on the 4th floor overlooking the mountains. We were six girls renting one of the villas and we had an amazing time! The villa was even more beautiful than in pictures, we felt we were living in a castle. The service was amazing as well, so helpful and nice people. Would highly recommend this place!!

Came here for a wine tasting and breakfast, both were of great quality. The breakfast terras has a beautiful view of the valley. Reason this place gets only 4 stars is because its too expensive! But i guess this place is a bit more exclusive and for upper class tourists, because it's absolutely beautiful.
