Such a beautiful little haven. We had to work temporarily for this week abs the house was well equipped. It also had aircon which was a treat during the hot evenings. There is a church bell right adjacent which rings every half hour but it’s not excessive. The staff were SO helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our additional requests.

We got an Appartment for 2 nights. It has a good location, beach, supermarkets, restaurants are all in walking distance. Unfortunately the Appartement was not very clean. Especially the kitchen and the bathroom were dirty. In the kitchen was sauce hollandaise in the cupboard, open probably for a while. Also the fridge was very dirty. Great place to stay for vacation in Montenegro. Good beach is in 250 metres. You can safety leave a car in front of hotel. Everything you need you might find in Tivat. We needed to change hotels due to a mix up. Booked ground floor room I'm amfora (not sure of spelling) but their ground floor was up 2 flights of stairs which would have proved major problem for me with My mobility issues. Luckily our final destination was excellent, staff so willing to help exceptional position with great views. Food really good couldn't fault anything about the hotel or staff.

Spent 15 nights during the Ocean Race in September 2025, and everything was perfect! People, room, wifi, food, position, the gym! I also used the restaurant as my "personal" office throughout the entire stay, flawless internet and nice view!

Rooms are old and dusty. You can't top up the bathtub and take a bath because they took out the bathtub plug. Sockets are sticking out of the wall. Breakfast is decent and internet is good. Great location on the outskirts of Prčanj. Large rooms with sea views. Nice, clean pool with sun loungers. There are no sun loungers by the sea, and there are no places to rent them within walking distance. Breakfasts are good and filling, but rather repetitive. Fine for 3-4 days, but a bit tiresome after a week. Rooms are cleaned daily. Overall, a pleasant experience.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week. To begin, the staff were incredibly polite with great recommendations for local restaurants and always willing to help with things like excursions, taxis, etc. The scenery of the hotel was incredible, pool very clean and the location was great as we expected to be a 10 minute drive from kotor old town. The scenery is beautiful and the facilities are well maintained. The bathroom is also very good. However, there is a waterproof layer under the bedsheet, which makes the mattress not breathable. It becomes very hot when using the duvet, but too cold without it. I understand this may be for easier cleaning, but unfortunately it makes sleeping quite uncomfortable.
