We stayed here for one night during a cycling trip. The room was very small, but pretty and clean. The hotel is a beautiful old building that has been modernized with good taste. The breakfast was not bad and better than expected, given the low price in comparison to other hotels in Perast. We did not have dinner here. As we were travelling by bicycle, I can‘t comment on parking situation.

We stayed in the recently renovated section and had a great room. The breakfasts were outstanding as were dinners at the beach club. Add to all this an absolutely amazing staff, from the front desk, to our breakfast waiter and the waiters at the beach club. All helped to really make for a wonderful stay.

The location is 6.5 km from Kotor city center, but the view is incredible. There are markets, restaurants, and beaches nearby. It's a quiet, peaceful place to relax. The host is very kind and hospitable. I would choose this place again if I come back.

Panoramic views and first class host We stayed in an apartment with truly panoramic view over the bay of Kotor. The owner was a particularly helpful and friendly lady, who helped making our stay unforgettable. The apartment had a large terrace facing the bay as well as a smaller one facing south, which we enjoyed very much.

Excellent place, very clean with the best view of the Adriatic Sea your money can buy in Montenegro. The owners are very friendly. The location is close to a 5 star beach and a supermarket, also there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, they have a fully equiped kitchen and they all come with a long balcony overviewing the sea.

We got an Appartment for 2 nights. It has a good location, beach, supermarkets, restaurants are all in walking distance. Unfortunately the Appartement was not very clean. Especially the kitchen and the bathroom were dirty. In the kitchen was sauce hollandaise in the cupboard, open probably for a while. Also the fridge was very dirty. Great place to stay for vacation in Montenegro. Good beach is in 250 metres. You can safety leave a car in front of hotel. Everything you need you might find in Tivat. We needed to change hotels due to a mix up. Booked ground floor room I'm amfora (not sure of spelling) but their ground floor was up 2 flights of stairs which would have proved major problem for me with My mobility issues. Luckily our final destination was excellent, staff so willing to help exceptional position with great views. Food really good couldn't fault anything about the hotel or staff.

Great suits with everything we needed, the owner Djuro and his wife are wonderful people, they helped us in everything. The apartments are in the best location in Tivat, 2 minutes from the beach, in front two supermarkets, 10 minutes walk to the center , we had a great stay.

Very nice apartment, clean and spacious, looks better than pictures. If you take sea view, you will be in a third floor, no elevator, but the view will be amasing. Very friendly hosts. I would come back again.

The apartment was exactly as we expected. From the top floor there are amazing views of the mountains and the sea. The beach is right next door and there are restaurants where guests can have dinner. We loved the beach here, clear and the smaller rocks were easier for us to walk on. Really comfortable beds and a nice restaurant on site. We came to Kotor based on our friends' recommendation. We paid €45 for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for 3 people. The sea is beautiful, but the beach is filled with small pebbles. The pebbles aren’t too uncomfortable, but the turquoise color seen in photos isn’t real. We ordered pizza and risotto, and both were very delicious. The cocktails were average. In total, we paid €145.

Lively beach bar with very good views of the sea. We stopped by for a bite to eat and were served quickly. The portions were generous and the cevapi was particularly good. We were hoping to stay to use the sun beds but unfortunately they were very crowded and €45 for 2 beds and an umbrella is rather expensive.

Myself & my husband visited on 30th June 2024. We were greeted by a very nice front of house young lady who took us to our beds which we hadn’t reserved. Got in at 10am and already quite busy. A very nice and beautiful hotel with a direct entrance to the sea and private area at the see. Unfortunately our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived. We mentioned it at the reception and they handled it very professionally and reacted really friendly and directly took care of the issue.

A beautiful small hotel with a great location and service. We got a free room upgrade in honor of my birthday. They also gave us a dessert 🫶🏻. The hotel has a small spa. Perhaps the most scenic venue I’ve ever stayed at. Lovely small hotel with excellent staff.

A comfortable apartment house is located in Tivat, a few minutes' walk from the beach. Tivat airport is also just a few minutes' walk away. The terrace overlooks the sea and it is special that the planes taking off in the morning and afternoon can be observed up close. The noise is not disturbing, nothing can be heard with the doors closed. The apartment is air-conditioned and ideal for a few days...
