If you love to be in water it's the best place with several swimming pools. If you have a family I'm certain you will enjoy the space, you can play volleyball at the beach side, there's a basket ball court as well

Very affordable luxurious place to stay if you are to come to Montenegro. The rooms are very spacious with beautiful views of the outside water bodies

Transport routes from the Tivat airport are pretty straightforward ( will involve a quick transfer on ferry, very lovely views) Don't worry about cash the Hotel has an ATM just outside the entrance

I'm currently staying in a hotel with my boyfriend, and everything is great. The sea view from the balcony is wonderful, as are the spacious rooms. The staff is loving and always smiling

Tre Sorelle, a mediaval house, is right next to the accommodations. We really liked that part of Kotor

About 45 minutes to 1 hr walk to Kotor downtown. Taxi costs around 5-8 euros per way. Kettle, water and coffee/tea in the room would be good additions. We loved the room and We enjoyed our stay

Breathtaking views, lovely, big clean rooms, amazingly friendly hosts that make you feel at home. Access to kitchen, sauna and gym. Outdoor swimming pool available during summer months

Only negative for us was there wasn't always hot water. We would definitely rebook to stay here again if we ever return to Kotor

Comfortable room with air conditioning and wifi and in an excellent location! Credit card is not accepted, it’s cash only. I unfortunately did not have Euro, only USD and the lady accepted that for payment

Providing easy directions to get to the apartment which is quite easy to find with the directions and just off the Main Street, so not a whole lot of carrying out all the luggage, just one flight of stairs

I loved the place and the owner! The owner is 70 something year old lady and she is very kind and friendly. The place is in the old town, the location is perfect, and the room is spacious and clean!

It is the finest crafted hungarian beer mostly and also other really great beers. The servers are also really good at their job they make good suggestions, are funny and also fast

This hotel is amazing addition to beautiful Perast. We loved to stay there. Nice spa with lovely indoor pool. Good outdoor pool with outstanding view on the bay! Great breakfast and service.

We had our wedding reception at the hotel. The suite is very nice. Guests enjoyed their stay.

Incredible scenery and wonderful restaurant and poolside staff. Delicious food and cocktails (and many cute cats). Limited number of sun-beds, but lots to do in surrounding area including boat trips and walks

On particularly hot days the smell by the pool and breakfast area is close to unbearable. We were lucky to travel in September when it was slightly milder

The hotel is right by the Adriatic Sea. It was converted from several residential buildings with different room types, ranging from nearly 30 square meters to only 18 square meters

The breakfast at the Hotel Conte is a buffet and the seats along the waterfront have a wonderful view. If you are looking for an intimate experience and enjoy a small village feel, the Hotel Leon is perfect

Immaculately clean and modern that’s right on the waterfront. Super helpful and friendly staff. Excellent continental breakfast buffet with seating inside or right on the waterfront

Parking is limited if you are driving although once you find a spot the hotel will bring a golf cart for your bags. No cars allowed in Perast unless you are a resident. In high season it would be very challenging

Beds are comfy, room was spotless, only comment is glass wall in bathroom reduces privacy. As mother & daughter travel this wasn't ideal but we worked around it and everything else about the hotel is wonderful

It can be warm, and al fresco dining (all meals) was beautiful but outside in the heat. We never had an issue - but if you are heat sensitive come when the weather will be best suited for you

Beware, 119 steps up to apartment, but each and everyone worth it just to meet the lovely hostess Melissa who was so attentive and helpful breakfast right on the lake at their sister hotel Admiral

We stayed as a family of 8, and we are grateful for the attention, care, and hospitality we received. Highly recommended! If you want to wake up to a beautiful view, this is the place!

The pool area is nice, however when the hotel is full it is too small for the amount of guests

Regarding mobility - if you are disabled and have very small children you will have a very difficult time to get into Perast as there are about 180 steep steps to be covered in each direction

The Hotel has very big potential however there are several issues which need to be addressed: First of all the view when having the very good breakfast is spectacular

The rooms are nice however in the bathroom there was often a very foul smell coming from the bottom and also there were spots which were not cleaned at all during the week

The next is not regarding the hotel but if you are looking for a "classical" beach, Perast will disappoint you as they do not have such a beach - only reefs where you can get into the water via steps while cars are passing you 1m away, so unfortunately no privacy at all
