Hostel Q in Podgorica

Decent Hostel in Podgorica! Located slightly far away from the center, but the bus is 2min away and there are also plenty of taxis around. The kitchen and common room were well equiped and it felt like a little home. We stayed in a private room, but to reach it, we had to walk through the dorm, which we found a bit weird. The owners and also the staff were all really friendly and gave plenty of tips. However, our booking on Hostelworld was canceled AFTER checkout, making it impossible for us to rate it there. It left a weird feeling, because we don't know how it happened, since it doesn't seem to be a Hostelworld issue. Besides that, we would still totally recommend staying in Q Hostel !

I loved my relaxed weekend at Podgorica,
The owner is such a warm and kind person, with great knowledge of the country and city.
Volunteers and staff were great too.
The garden, turtles, everything made me recharge during those 3 days I stayed there.
It is indeed a bit far from the city, but they have buses, not much often during the weekend, but works, and it is worth to stay there.

Beautiful place. It's a bit outside the city but the hostel is really nice. Beautiful common area, kitchen, garden. There are lots of nice cats around. The rooms have all of what you needs and the staff is really nice.

They recommend me lots of place to visit.

Ive been in plenty of hostels before and im not wrighting reviews a lot (only when im pissed off and most of time im not relase them anyway) but this is best hostel Ive been ever. We plan to stay here one day but after few hours we decided to stay more days… Its there so friendly vibe, owners are gived us some home made alcohol and every design aspect of this place is preciously made to make you feel good and safe. Best from the best!

I had the pleasure of staying at Q hostel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to offer advice on the best local spots to explore.
The hostel itself is beautifully maintained, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The dorms were clean, spacious, and equipped with comfortable beds and individual lockers.
The common areas were fantastic. Whether you’re looking to socialize or just relax, there’s a space for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the lounge had a great vibe with plenty of seating space.

The gate opens to an oasis if friendly calm just like the very best hostels around the world.
Definitely a place to stay at in Montenegro.
And when you do head to the river by Niagara restaurant, an amazing place to swim.

Fantastic service, lovely home/hostel, easy to meet fellow travellers. High quality and filling breakfast. I highly recommend their half day tour of Podgorica sites.
Location isn't central but taxis are convenient and inexpensive.

Lovely hostel with a really warm feeling! The host was amazing and so helpful with tips and places to go and things to do. The common space felt like a cool café! The rooms where clean and the feeling and vibe of the hostel over all was super!!

Very clean and comfortable rooms and helpful, friendly service. A nice common room that seems like a cafe or bar where you can also cook, read and watch TV. The hostel is a bit away from the centre and a walk from the bus station but a taxi from the bus station is 5 euros or from the airport 12 euros. Be aware, there is a lot of noise at night from dogs and cockerels in the neighbourhood but this isn't the hostel's fault.
