Very clean and beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms. The staff at reception and in the spa were professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English. Overall, a very pleasant and high-quality stay.
The paid parking was disappointing. Many guests expect parking to be included at a Hilton, and this seems to be the main reason for lower ratings. Including parking in the room price would greatly improve the guest experience.

Service was great. Our room was a bit outdated and some stains but overall good.

Overall we had a comfortable and recuperating stay. Very spacious room with a lounge sofa. Beds are very comfortable. However the hotel does not provide bath salts for the bath tub. Water for the bath tub is not hot enough too. Kettle has a broken cover but still working thankfully.
Level of service is disappointingly different from other Hilton properties in Asia. front desk is not able to break a €50 note; the concierge is unmanned. No bellboy. A service staff booked a taxi for us to the airport but didn’t tell us which taxi is it or payment information. 🤔

First time visiting Podgorica, Montenegro. Stayed at Hilton Podgorica, it is the perfect combination of comfort, style and service.
Spacious and clean rooms, convenient location in the very center of the city and incredibly friendly staff, always ready to help. Breakfasts are varied and very tasty, and the atmosphere of the hotel creates a feeling of real relaxation. Staying here left only positive impressions - we will be happy to come back again!

It's alright, I guess. It's just that this country is a bit boring.

Rooms are very spacious and luxurious. The room even had a jacuzzi of a well-known manufacturer. However, the nozzles came off every time the jacuzzi has been turned on. Breakfast was good, maybe a bit too modest for this kind of hotel. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It is in a very city center.

The rooms are a little old and dirty, also I found belongings of previous guests in the room. So I suppose the cleaning is not very thorough.
The spa center is superb! Bib pool and lot's of facilities: sauna, steam rooms tropical shower etc. Could spend there full day, very recommended.
Staff is helpful and attentive, special thanks to Luka at front desk.
Breakfast is tasty and varied, but the coffee is really poor, both in coffee machine and filtered one.
