Superb hotel. Best luxury option in Podgorica. the rooms are amazingly designed suites and very spacious. Huge rain shower and comfy super king bed. lobby area/ restaurant exceeded expectations! we ended up having lunch and dinner here too. Service was on point!

There is a waiter at this hotel’s restaurant who treats Asian guests very poorly.

I have been here several times, and the oldest waiter is by far the worst.

He assumed I didn’t understand Montenegrin and made discriminatory remarks.

I didn’t say anything at the time, but I do understand Montenegrin.

I often see Asian guests at this hotel, but I strongly recommend not staying here.

+ I was taken aback by the room size, the design of the furniture and the electric kettle in the room.

-- I would have appreciated it more if the fridge were quieter and people would not call, using the hotel line, in the middle of the night.

Very good hotel with great service and rooms. The AC is really great as well as the breakfast.

Only negative is the location which in my opinion is somewhat far from the "central"

We were very disappointed with our stay. The breakfast was poor, with weak coffee, tap water, and what seemed like leftover lukewarm orange juice from the previous day in the machine. The dining room manager was rude and irritable. In the evening, there was no hot water in the shower. The towels were old and rough. Definitely not recommended.

Great rooms. Large and clean with good sheets and pillows. But the minibar is visible all night with a lamp and no local beer. Good shampoo and conditioner and great bathroom. This hotell would be very good if: It smells of smoke everywhere but in my room. The restaurant is smoky like a nightclub in the 90:s. That is a big problem. Also the breakfast could be improved. And the coffee machine is terrible. (But if you order a cappuccino it’s good)

The best hotel hospitality ever! Everything about our stay was wonderful. We had a large room with a living room and a bedroom. The hotel also set up a cot for our 3rd child. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was clean and well appointed. The decor is updated. We ate at the restaurant 3 times and it was great every time. We will stay here again when we return.
