Ramada by Wyndham Hotel in Podgorica

The hotel looks good but has significant room for improvement. Personally, it lacks routine maintenance; the electrical outlet isn't properly recessed into the wall; the shower door handle is unsafe. But the most critical point is the restaurant service; the quality of the meat is truly poor, and, a sore point, they served us drinks only after dinner. Unjustifiable.

I did not stay for four nights and the room was not cleaned even once. Please avoid this place.

I am currently staying at the Ramada Hotel in Podgorica, and I am absolutely disgusted by this place. From the moment you step in, the elevators and hallways are overwhelmingly foul-smelling, and the walls are peeling everywhere. The rooms are no better – they are filthy, run-down, and completely unacceptable. The first thing you notice upon entering the room is the revolting, stained curtains that look like they haven't been cleaned in years. The carpet and sofa are covered in mysterious stains, making it impossible to even walk by without feeling nauseous. The entire room feels unclean – the walls are scratched and filthy, and there’s a grotesque blob hanging from the fire alarm. The door lock is broken, and the keycard slot looks like it's about to fall out of the wall. The air conditioning doesn’t work, and honestly, it’s probably a blessing considering the state of the wall above the unit, which is covered in black grime, showing it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, and you can hear everything from the street, even with the windows closed. There’s no hot water in the taps, and you have to wait for it to come, as a sticker on the shower warns. The overall experience is absolutely horrendous, and I would *strongly* advise against staying here. This hotel is disgraceful, even by the already low standards of this chain. I’m only staying for one night because of a work commitment, but if this were a personal trip, I would have checked out immediately. Everything is documented with photos, and I will be sharing them. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs.
