At the very moment we arrived at the hotel our troubles began. The reception said our reservation in booking was not including breakfast while it clearly did. We said okay let's check it. They said you can but we are pretty sure. I did check and proved them that it actually was including breakfast. They said how sorry they were and that happened because they didn't have the booking app at the reception's computer and they moved to another computer for half an hour in order to confirm the booking leaving us alone at the reception. The hotel was also supposed to have payment by card always available but it didn't. After spending 1 hour at the reception, were moved to a single room for 3 while our reservation was 2 rooms 1 for 2ppl and one for 1 under the excuse that these rooms were renovated. After our complaint we got 2 rooms. One room was under construction with cables coming out of the walls and parts of the flooring was not installed.
