This place is really quite unique! We stayed for 4 nights in the main house. It's a wooden house with several levels, all made from wood so it feels like you live in a cozy tree house

You will find yourself in a warm and welcoming atmosphere and feel the spirit of a place that been hosting guests of Durmitor mountains over generations

(There is even an actual treehouse you can stay in). You can tell, how much love and work is put into the place

There are decorative items like photos and objects from older days wherever you look, which gives an idea of the culture as well. There is also sitting areas outside all surrounded by nature

I like it that the old town is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel, where you can access many shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was exceptional too, from freshly made pancakes to local food items

Good location. Beautiful balcony and garden, view of the mountains from the window. The owners treat you to fruit from their own garden. Pleasant homely atmosphere. Opposite there is a mesarnya, a bakery with low prices.

I really enjoyed staying there in room no. 21, so much so that I extended my stay. It's close to the city center and a megamarket, just 5 minutes away. The conditions are very pleasant, clean, and tidy

Simple guesthouse but very well located in front of the bay of Kotor and very close to the Old Town, there are great restaurants in front of the guesthouse! And don't forget to take the boat trip to the Blue Cave, you can take a nice swim inside! And the landscape is beautiful!

If there was a sixth star I would give it. The hosts are very very nice and kind, the service is also, the accommodation is excellent, neat, clean. We are really satisfied and we will come back to them next year for sure

Satellite TV, including some Russian channels, free Wi-Fi, although the signal quality is highly dependent on the location of the room. The hostess is a wonderful, positive woman

30am in the morning; His parents washed our clothes for us; Fudo gave us countless tips about the town as well as freshly picked fruits from their garden :) This outstanding hospitality was complemented by spotlessly clean rooms with fridge, aircon, and a shared kitchen

Its walking distance just a little bit hard with no condition from the beach and old town and the room has a good view, plus the owner dropped me to the bus station which was a plus, thank you very much!

The hostesses are kind and accommodating. The room we rented was, first of all, very small. The shower in the bathroom is extremely small, so if you are of a larger build, it will be difficult for you to take a bath

There was renovation’s happening at the apartment next to ours and they were cutting and grinding tiles until 10pm at night even though I made a complaint at 8pm

A few minutes' walk to the beach and the center. The hotel has its own gated parking lot, which is appreciated by anyone trying to find a parking space in crowded Budva. The rooms are well-stocked, though not the newest

Racho was an amazing host, he gave us a lot of important advices about the duemitor park and really tried to make our stay as good as it could be !

Everything is fair - the guesthouse with no claims on any stars, but if you want to stay overnight in a tourist place and at the same time save your money, then this place is perfect for this

For the price you can't really argue. Rooms were cosy and clean, shared bathroom was big enough with 2 showers and toilets and breakfast was included. Owner is really friendly and cares about the people who stay there.

There is one bathroom for all rooms, free breakfast (bread with jam and fanta) from 7 am to 9 am, WiFi and parking

Just for One night is ok for the price.
