So lovely hotel! Thanks to Diana and her family for pleasant holidays. Everything was good and comfortable, we had cozy room with huge balcony! In the common area there were comfortable lounge chairs to see spectacular sunsets every evenings. Best view to Sveti Stefan island. Near the Monte Perla residence there is one of the quickest way to the beaches and very convenient location to the bus stop...

I give this hotel my biggest recommendations. Definitely value for money! We booked a room with a big balcony with shadow and this beautiful view over Sveti Stefan, Budva in the distance, and sunsets behind the mountains. The room was clean and optional room service was provided. The location is great! Sveti Stefan is a lot more calm and peaceful than Budva and Kotor, which is very crowded and touristy...

Beautiful place We can definitely recommend Monte Perla Residence. The place is spotlessly clean and the people who run the place are very nice and helpful. We stayed at the top with a balcony facing the sea and had a fantastic view. The balcony is covered, so there is mostly shade there. View from the upper rooms is amazing. Clean. There is a nice cafe near by, also it takes just a few minutes to get down to the beach just by Saint Stefan’s island. The owners are very nice family, speaking English. Private parking and wi-fi also available.

Best rooms in center of kotor old town,its inside the wall of kotor,room and services was really good,lady who checked us in was very kind and helpful in the process,just note parking is away from the property, the only issue was bell from the street,since we were on street side we were disturbed a bit but thats totally outside of htels country

Nice room attentive staff and right in the middle of the old city. Only issue might be that the hostel is next door so there is a bubble of conversations until later in the evening, but we didn’t mind.

We spent here for a week during summer. It was our first time in Montenegro and we are really suprised how crowded can it be. The accomodation was nice and affortable. The beach and the old town was close too. The grocery store was nearby too. The owner was generous and let us to park our car front of the appartment.

All praise for the apartment in Budva. The location is excellent, you are a 15-minute walk from all important places and beaches, the people are cultured and hospitable, and the room is more than sufficient for its function of sleeping and showering.

Nice place to stay, and close to everything. The owner is very polite and helpful. The place is a bit noisy because of the road near by and the doors fail to isolate noises.

Great location, close to grocery stores and restaurants and view from the window was beautiful. We found the bathrooms and shared kitchen wasn't super clean. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience.

Everything was great, even though the toilets were shared, they were very clean, they were constantly cleaned, there was equipment in the kitchen where you could do whatever you wanted. I preferred a private room, but you can also choose dormitories, they take care of cleaning.

The room is clean, but the shared bathroom is small. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. The main gate is not easy to find. There is a small door with access control just after passing the building, which is very inconspicuous. There are many travelers from different countries to make friends with. City tax is 1 euro per person per day. There is no elevator, so the luggage has to be carried upstairs

Great accommodation! The hosts took care of every detail (I mean the interior design, as well as the comfort needed by guests). Great location, as they would say "everything underfoot". The place where we will surely come again.🙂

We liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the comfortable bed and the well functioning air-conditioning. Shops and restaurant were just 100 m away. Everything else also within walking distance. Petrovac is a nice little town.

Location is very good, 5 min walk from both of the beaches. Situated in a qiuet part of a city, there is no outside noise whatsoever. Staff was very friendly, and the cleanliness was certainly above average.

I do not understand why this set two stars. Last year he lived in three stars. It's much more comfortable here. Cozy. Wooden furniture. Not to be confused with chipboard - it is WOOD. Owner is really kind and super friendly! Feels like you are at home. The room is really comfy and the view is priceless! Everything is really nice here, except you will have to walk on a stairs for a while because the apartment is up on the hill, just like most of the houses. Rooms are not expensive at all, its very suitable! Overall, 10+! We will be back again!

Basic There was no toilet paper, no shampoo, no soap. It was a very basic, cheap place to stay in.

We were able to choose our breakfast, and they even put it in a takeaway container for us to eat in our room. The room was clean and comfortable.

I really liked the guesthouse. It was cleaned daily, there was coffee for breakfast, and you could choose one dish, which was cooked right in front of you. Everything was delicious! The location was great, with lots of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. Car rentals were also available.

Located a short walk from the bus station and a further 15 minutes walk will take you to the beach. Dalia and her staff are lovely. Bedroom was well maintained and comfortable. Location was quiet and convenient. There is no lift so this may be a consideration for anyone with kids or accessibility issues.

The guesthouse is around 20' on foot from the city center. The room is spatious and kept fresh with a good functioning AC. I personally didn't find it too clean, they only come in to change the towels and nothing else, no floor cleaning. The breakfast is good and varied, and even if it is not buffet you have a good selection of plates. However the girl serving you could not be more annoyed of doing...

A nice guesthouse with a good location We had a really nice stay in Budva. The guesthouse was nice, comfortable and clean and the host was really helpful and nice. It was within walking distance to everything we needed, and it was really nice (and necessary) with air condition. The shops were right around the corner (a two minutes walk) and the nearest ATM could be seen from the entrance of the restaurant...

This accommodation has an amazing view, with the sea right at your doorstep. Loved spending time on the terrace admiring the views. The Vila is beautiful, with comfortable rooms. The pool was a nice addition. Tre Sorelle, a mediaval house, is right next to the accommodations. Plenty of restaurants.nearby. We really liked that part of Kotor.

Breathtaking views, lovely, big clean rooms, amazingly friendly hosts that make you feel at home. Access to kitchen, sauna and gym. Outdoor swimming pool available during summer months. Only negative for us was there wasn't always hot water. We would definitely rebook to stay here again if we ever return to Kotor.

We stayed in the king deluxe room. Breathtaking view from the terrace, sea front. Space for parking for up to three cars. Hosts are super sweet, helpful and responsive when needed. About 45 minutes to 1 hr walk to Kotor downtown. Taxi costs around 5-8 euros per way. Kettle, water and coffee/tea in the room would be good additions. We loved the room and We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was nice and the rooms modern. But I can't rate the cleanliness as excellent. There were a few little things that bothered me, e.g. a hair band was still in the shower. I'm sure they cleaned the shower because it looked very clean. But that's still a no-go. Breakfast was very bad! We stayed there for two nights and couldn't have breakfast there on any day because it was very bad.

Nice hotel, clean, hospitality is best, owner is too helpfull

The hotel is quite simple but clean. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants, convenient stores and the beach. However the wifi sucks and the cleaning lady really wants to clean everyday, even when you're still in the room which is quite annoying. This could be solved with a "do not disturb" and "please clean room" sign for the door.

Very clean and spacious rooms. The rooms are serviced daily and the inn keepers go beyond their call of duty to tidy up the place. It is conveniently located, next to many stores and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the bay. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the inn to Budva visitors!

The property is located away from the busy city center, which provides a peaceful atmosphere, yet it has a great location with quick access to the seaside promenade. It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. There are no shutters on the windows, only thin blinds and curtains so we struggled to keep the apartmemt cool. We had one fan and asked for another but it never came. This accommodation was exactly what we needed to experience the Budva Riviera in an authentic way. A magnificent view, breathtaking sunsets admired from your deckchair at the swimming pool (great for swimming and not just dipping). Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff. They explain everything and help with everything. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. A large supermarket is 5 minutes away. Breakfast is quite decent; you won't go hungry. The coffee isn't great, and that's probably the only downside.
