Facilities were great (Pools, gym, tennis courts). The language barrier at the bar created a few issues with getting random drinks when asking for a rum and coke

Great hotel, very nice staff from the reception team to the cleaners. Rooms a little dated but everything was tidy and clean and didn't leave you feeling like you needed anything

Beach is literally 1 minute walk away! We got the sea view junior suite and the view was to die for! 😍😍😍 * Make sure you carry cash - need to deposit €20 per pool towels

The pizzeria style one was perfect for kids round the pool to grab a quick bite but we preferred to eat in the restaurant at dinner time too. The mini pools were freezing, however the main one was absolutely fine

Stayed at this amazing hotel for just under a week. Clean indoor and outdoor pools. Tasty breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Plenty of activities to join across the week if you’d like

They could do with a bit of a revamp but we're very clean, cleaners were always about but we only used them 3 times for our 10 night stay as we dont change our bedding at home everyday so why would you on holiday?! The restaurants are absolutely fantastic, each of the main 2 have a special each night and always plenty to choose from

It's definitely worth coming anytime of the year. Spa and breakfast areas are the best. Before coming I asked for a quiet room with a good sea view so I was given a complimentary room upgrade and it was just amazing

Great location, lots of amenities, such as parking, a pool, and a sauna. A huge selection of different foods for breakfast. There was also a beautiful sea view from the room

The free valet parking is efficient, the staff were great and the spa is a welcome bonus to have with hotel, casino is a little strange but overall a 3 night stay, we have top floor sea view - really good

Just arrived home from a fantastic stay at this hotel, would definitely revisit and recommend! Whilst we were initially disappointed to hear the rooftop pool was "seasonal" so therefore not open, Đorđe the guest relations manager was fantastic and made sure our thoughts were heard and went out of his way to improve our stay

Other than that the hotel is fantastic, staff were nice and the check in and check out was smooth. Free parking available on site. Location was great, short walk to the beach and to the old town

We visited in the "off season" which we were quite pleased about as we've heard it's very busy and borderline chaotic on the peak season. The price was reasonable and food was decent

Our stay at Iberostar Waves Slavija turned out to be one of the most pleasant hotel experiences we have had in recent years, and much of that comes down to the people who work at the front desk

I expected the big outdoor pool to be gimmicky but it turned out to be an awesome place to spend the afternoon watching the beach below and the boats pass by

The location is perfect in the city centre, close to everything, with a private beach accesibile via an elevator! The interior of the hotel is a work of art! Highly recommended for a relaxing and luxurious stay!

The location is very good , very close to the old town and on the small, town beach. Room was quite spacious and bathroom was good. Spa was good, range of saunas and a couple of pools

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We had a suite and they upgraded us and our room was enormous. They have a real workout gym and a beautiful pool area. I also had a massage and facial and booth were excellent

The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea, with a beautiful sea view, and a good view of the ancient city. The room is quite large and clean, and it is very convenient to walk to the ancient city

The location in Old Town Budva was absolutely perfect, super close to everything and the beach was gorgeous. The wait staff was quick and friendly whenever we needed drinks or food

Everything feels new and well maintained, from the rooms to the private beach area. The view across the bay is unreal, especially in the early morning or right before sunset

Rooms are clean, modern, and quiet no weird smells, no awkward design. Staff keeps things smooth without hovering. Pool’s a solid bonus, but honestly I spent most of my time down by the water

An excellent hotel with good rooms, facilities and breakfast. The Kotor Bay view from the hotel room is also excellent. Only downside is its location. You need to drive a few KM on a narrow road to reach the hotel.

By far one of the most spectacular views that I have ever had in a hotel (Sea View - Terrace - Hot Tub room). Modern and beautifully designed rooms. Clean and well-maintained interior

The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way; we had to take a taxi every time we wanted to go downtown.

The hotel is already decorated for Christmas with a real ginger bread house in the middle of the restaurant, the food is great with a verity of eggs, Pastries and seasonal fruits, we are off season so they work a la carte and not bouffe so it takes a little longer to eat breakfast

The hotel has a seafront view, and is less than a 10 minute walk from the beach, with a many shops, restaurants, and cafes, located on the other side of the road, so there is plenty to choose from

I stayed for a week and the hotel was brilliant. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was tasty. The hotel was very clean, including my room. The facilities that the hotels offer is also fantastic

Great Hotel, the stuff is friendly. Very nice breakfast and good location. There is a Spa and pool inside and outside. The beach is minutes walk from the hotel

Our room was comfortable, cleaned every day, towels were changed also every day. Food was quite similar, but really tasty. Staff was kind, mainly receptionists were helpfull

All in all I would not come back for myself, maybe for kids to have fun in the swimming pools

It is great for kids, full stop. Otherwise it is a bit too busy and not much to do after you have had your share of swimming and eaten all your meals

Meals are basic but plenty! Staff is everywhere and really handling everything great. Water in the shower was salty which is not hotel's fault

It is an absolutely wonderful hotel that provides all the services of comfort, luxury and relaxation from the beautiful rooms that overlook the wonderful natural scenery and from the many swimming pools and the bar that contains all the distinguished drinks of the highest quality and the wonderful and international restaurants and the beach that is distinguished from any other place and this hotel...

My main comment is about the pool service. They are understaffed and it was really difficult to get drinks or food. In a 5 star luxury I would have expected a higher level

The ambience is cozy and the pool facilities are excellent.  Highly recommended

Three perfect nights with a group of nine kuwaiti friends, the place had a perfect location, you can easily walk down in the marina and have a drink or a quick bite or eat dinner in a fine dining restaurant

Service was completely super and perfect. All the hotel staff were professional and kind and always had a smile on their faces. A great daily breakfast experience with high-quality ingredients

Of course the price of staying in is a bit expensive but worth every penny

My visit to Montenegro in 2013 was amazing. The country is so beautiful, with its dramatic mountains meeting the clear blue sea. It felt like a hidden gem that was just perfect to explore

Amazing stay with breathtaking views! The Iberostar Montenegro offers truly stunning scenery that takes your breath away. The food at the main restaurant was incredible, and we loved the snacks available at the pool bar

Walking around the nearby parks and seeing the pink sand beaches was just perfect. It’s easily one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. Taking a cruise (or boat tour) around the Bay of Kotor was incredible

Being out on the water is the best way to see the bay. Stopping at places like Our Lady of the Rocks and seeing the old town of Kotor from the sea was a perfect experience

The Hotel & Igalo: Staying at the Iberostar Waves (the Bellevue) was a great experience. The hotel was perfect, with beautiful gardens and right on the beach

We loved it! The hotel was great, clean, well appointed & the food was fantastic! All the staff were amazing! Our only gripes, it's very undulating ( which is no problem for us) & there is no local transport into the local town other than water taxi! The transfer time is around 10 minutes, at the cost of 15 euros pp return! (Expensive for us on a pension) If you just want a relaxing holiday, this...

We stayed at Hotel Montenegro Beach for one week at the end of October as a couple with our 1-year-old

Great view around the hotel and has restaurants and bar on site. Strong waves in the sea but for those who are afraid to swim in the choppy waters can still choose to dip in the saltwater pools.

The kindness of the staff, the rooms, the view, the food, the sea and the coast, the seawater pools, the additional programs are all at a high level

I especially note the shade of the hotel - in a pine grove and many of its own beach areas with entry into the sea

We had a nice birthday celebration in 1 of the superior sea view rooms. When we arrive there was a nice welcome from the manager very attend. Breakfast was very nice and a lot of choices drinks was also in the price

The rooms overlooking the sea are better than the rooms at the back, because the rooms at the back have a river or stream that needs maintenance and have a bad smell. I recommend the rooms overlooking the sea

Located near a beach, this hotel is a nice destination for a vacation, alone or with the family. The breakfast buffet is ok, the view is terrific.

One thing to be aware of is the stoney/shingle beach which requires you to have sea shoes to access the sea comfortably
