It is great for kids, full stop. Otherwise it is a bit too busy and not much to do after you have had your share of swimming and eaten all your meals. Meals are basic but plenty! Our experience was incredible. The room was spotlessly clean. The size of the room was big and view of the ocean was amazing. This is a really lovely hotel which I can't fault in any way. Our room was lovely as were all the staff. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The rating system needs more than 5 stars for location. Steps away from not just a magnificent private beach but also the walls of Budva's wonderful old town. This was a really nice hotel. The location in Old Town Budva was absolutely perfect, super close to everything and the beach was gorgeous. The wait staff was quick and friendly whenever we needed drinks or food. Our villa was spacious and had a big balcony where we could just kick back and relax. Overall, it was a great experience. The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! This Regent is pretty average in every way. I remember the Asian restaurant downstairs was pretty good, and the cakes in the Western restaurant were quite tasty. Lovely hotel, great location and range of facilities. Bedroom (14) was airy, clean and large. It did not have a sea view and was near the garbage area, so one morning garbage lorry arrived around 5.45am. The breakfast buffet offered incredible choices and you could also order omelette, poached eggs etc. We would happily recommend to others and we would stay there again.

Incredible scenery and wonderful restaurant and poolside staff. Delicious food and cocktails (and many cute cats). Limited number of sun-beds, but lots to do in surrounding area including boat trips and walks. On particularly hot days the smell by the pool and breakfast area is close to unbearable. Loved every minute of it. Staff was so polite and helpful, rooms were spacious and have everything you need. My fav part were huge bathrooms and comfy beds.
