Good services. Convenient for businesses.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and had a great view of the sunrise. The manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating as they helped us with some issues we were experiencing booking bus tickets. Location is also great as it is close to tourist sites as well as some great restaurants.

Everything is still new-looking, clean, and fancy - from the lobby to the rooms and the rooftop dining and bar area. The staff are always smiling and helpful too. Mandalay isn't really a walkable city, so the fact that this hotel isn't within walking distance of tourist sites can be forgiven. There are some shopping areas nearby, and a few restaurants if you aren't that choosy. This place is a great value for your money.

Room is clean and comfortable. All staff in hotel are helpful, nice and polite from reception to restaurant. Nice breakfast. Only distruptive is the frequent power failure, probably due to dry season. Thank you to all the staff.

Spacy room. Comfortable bed. Nice view. Clean bathroom. Cute staffs! Kind of disappointed at breakfast tho
