The hotel lobby was beautifully renovated. The bakery was a fantastic idea. The breakfast was nice.

The Hotel is perfect. The place is quiet. Good location. The rooms are beautiful. The restaurant is very good. Staff are very friendly.

The breakfast in particular the egg Benedict was marvellously prepared by the chef. Indeed the egg Benedict will always be the highlight when one comes for breakfast!

It looks great to see the lobby with new decorations which is totally different from Sedona time. The dinning room is nicely equipped with modern, new and expensive facilities. The rooms are all refurbished, nice and clean too.

So so Hilton only recently taken it over so needs time to reach Hilton standard great location opp the palace, breakfast so so lounge also so so

Big room but very slow Wifi! Beware of the motorcycle taxis in front of the hotel in the evening. They want to bring you to Karaoke or offer prostitutes.

I must say we were further surprised at the level of comfort offered by many of the hotels in Myanmar - This property was the same although a little more expensive than could be justified it was Nonetheless a very nice hotel with much going for it , a nice traditional theme to the decor in what was an otherwise Modern hotel / a number of dining options / theme nights including traditional Dance set...

Having a good time enjoying scenic view of Mandalay hill. I could stroll around the hotel in the morning. Breakfast was quite satisfactory with local delicacies. A lot of parking place is an advantage. Its a worthwhile stay apart from being a little isolated from the neighbourhood.

Such a lovely, heavenly place! The atmosphere is great, the breakfast is exquisite, the garden is like paradise. Make sure you check out the garden around the spa, it's a real adventure and it feels like a dream if you explore it!

the rooms are really nice but need to be more organized . The car parking is always full id be better if we have bigger parking

Food is delicious and there are many options. but it will be better if they change menu every week.

Located on the City's Main road (78th street). Swimming pool and Gym rooms are well equipped. Meals for breakfast and lunch are satisfactory. Bed rooms clean, tidy and service is good. Parking area is relatively small.

24/7 room service is quite fancy here. Breakfast buffet is just so so. I wish there's egg counter rather than serving fried eggs on the tray. Room is nice and wide enough. The view from the higher rooms are amazing.

This place is quite nice. There are swimming pool and gym. Breakfast is complementary and not bad. TV only has four or five channels. Lighting is good in my room. I found mosquitoes sometimes. Rooms are quite and cool. Hot water is available.

I had been staying at least 2 months. It is such a good place to live long stay. It is so amazing all the staffs are so welcome. I recommend as a 5 star rating for their services.

I stayed just a night alone on business trip. I missed my breakfast as late woke up. But the management and kitchen make a proper breakfast with what they have to serve. Oh.. Sweet

Nice, new, small isolated hotel in a less busy part of town. The hotel even displayed a "Welcome & Enjoy Your Stay" signboard for my friend when she moved in! Never have I came across a hotel that did this.

Staff is really welcoming, rooms are nice and clean!

A nice place to stay in a discount season. Not outstanding and maintenance needed to be improved. Staff are nice and a lot of dining options nearby.

Near historical places. Galaxy Laundromat 3 is also near, our laundry was solve.

Peaceful place and friendly staffs but they understand very little English they will try to help you the most. It is bit far from Mandalay palace so it is calm and pleasent Try top floor pool Amenities are good and room is clean. They provide wonderful complementary breakfast.

We stayed at the Magic only overnight as part of the Road trip through Myanmar. Very clean and warm hotel. The staff was very polite, helpful and efficient. Rooms spacious and the restaurant seved varied cuisine.

We love to stay there again for next visit. The room are clean, spacious and new in 2022 January. The foods and services are standard. You can choose for your visit.

My wife and I stayed here in January 2020. This is a solid option in Mandalay. The staff is helpful and speaks English well. They upgraded our room to one with a great view. The breakfast is pretty good. The rooftop bar area is surprisingly nice for Myanmar. The gym was average though I appreciated the new cycling bike. Overall a solid experience and would stay again if I’m ever in Mandalay

Absolutely lovely hotel with amazing staff. They were very friendly polite and helpful. Clean and tidy with high quality, modern facilities. The roof bar upstairs has a great view of the city and they make good cocktails.

Great breakfast. Contracted with this hotel only charged 40,000 kyats per night. AC is not too cold but OK. TV is small for superior room. Mini bar is expensive. Parking staffs are not kind. Very close with car spa, beer stations, cafes, hospital and KTV.

I definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers whether you are on family vacation or on business in Mandalay, Myanmar. I stayed there quite few times since 2017. In December 2018, I stayed there for two weeks. It never disappoints me. Room Cleanliness, Staff's professionalism and ambient are really top-rated. I am looking forward my stay there again. A property that is conveniently located above the Mandalay Train station. Perfect for travelers catching the train connection. Though a bit aged, the rooms were very well maintained and I had a good rest before preparing for my onward journey to Yangon. Beautiful hotel with great view. Large room for conferences and good food too though it took long for our order to be served understandably so because of lot of orders. Clean toilets and comfy halls. Highly recommended.

Just above the railway station at the center of the city. Can reach both east and west of the railroad which devided the city. Rooms are large. Roof top bar and unplug band is good.

A spacious, lovely Banglores with a clean swimming pool. I used to hire its function rooms, the Grand hall and Meeting rooms for my business very often. Much appreciated of the service and management. I also booked here for my friends a few times and always got very good feedbacks.

The staff is very friendly and communicate in English well. The resort is very clean and the pool/restaurant area is relaxing. They have a nightly show of Burmese dancing and are very good at arranging sightseeing tours. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel/resort.

Love the rooms, the food could include more western cuisines but overall was great. Staff are friendly but should learn English because it would be hard for a foreigner to communicate with them.

Hotel location is very good. Easy to get around on foot. There are 24/7 mini mart, restaurants, beer bar with barbecue, banks, ATM, tea shop and stores near the hotel. Hotel has restaurant as well and good food. Rooms are nice, large and clean. Wifi is very good. Outdoor swimming pool and gym are for those who like activities. But bathroom need to be improve because it has slippery tile on the floor...

A brand new hotel just opened last 4 months ago with spacious rooms. The swimming pool is nice and clean but Gym is not ready yet.

The rooms are top notch with luxurious furniture and amenities. Also came here for a wedding reception and the food and service were unmatched. The overall architecture and facade of the building is mesmerizing. The infinity swimming pool is unique and has great views of the airport and surrounding townships. Although pricey, you get way more than what you pay for.

The lighting is a bit dim, and there are quite a few mosquitoes. However, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend trying the dry noodles – definitely a must-try!

Upscale hotel with big rooms and comfy, spacey beds. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful, helping us with booking a car and other things. Breakfast was very varied. Hotel facilities are quite complete too. Will stay again if I visit Mandalay again.
