The price-performance ratio is generally high.
A nice place to stay in a discount season. Not outstanding and maintenance needed to be improved. Staff are nice and a lot of dining options nearby.
Near historical places. Galaxy Laundromat 3 is also near, our laundry was solve.

Fantastic staff, whatever you ask is soon fulfilled. Great service like a 5 star hotel
Amazing service from the personnel that help me to book a taxi in the early morning. DISCLAMER: Grab doesn't work at early morning in Mandalay. PLEASE keep Cash in order to payba taxi to reach the airport. To improve the rennovation of the rooms
We stayed one night there the room is cleaning but the bathroom is was cleaning, location is great and service is good .
Facilities: Average Cleanliness: Acceptable Environment: Very good Service: Very good
the rooms are really nice but need to be more organized . The car parking is always full id be better if we have bigger parking
I had a great experience with friendly staff. However, due to construction at the main entrance, the check-in counter has been moved to a side door. I stayed on the first floor (actually the second floor), and the first thing I noticed when the elevator doors opened was the overwhelming smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Since it's difficult to eliminate the smell with individual rooms, it would be...

360 degree Rooftop views. I haven’t stayed there but the service at the rooftop bar was wonderful 😁
We love to stay there again for next visit. The room are clean, spacious and new in 2022 January. The foods and services are standard. You can choose for your visit.
My wife and I stayed here in January 2020. This is a solid option in Mandalay. The staff is helpful and speaks English well. They upgraded our room to one with a great view. The breakfast is pretty good. The rooftop bar area is surprisingly nice for Myanmar. The gym was average though I appreciated the new cycling bike. Overall a solid experience and would stay again if I’m ever in Mandalay

I lived in 100000 kyat worth room for 2 people. I like the service, they are so friendly. Breakfast is good. Price is little bit expensive but I guess it's worth. Most of the needed supplies are in the room, that is great. One thing is the bathroom sink is broke but it's work. I felt comfortable and enjoyed. Overall, I rated it 7/10.
Welcoming drink is tamarind juice. I love it. Hotel compound is normally wide. Easy to car park. Bellboy and security staff are smiling face, also reception counter staff are so warmly. The rooms are so clean and everyday we go out, they come to clean the rooms and changed the new towels, bedsheets, water bottle. Location is near the southern Mandalay palace. Breakfast is very wonderful, coffee, tea...
Hotel shower Cream Smell so good. Room is a little bit smaller than same price hotel. Have a small Gym . It’s very nice for me. WiFi is so bad . Can’t connect anymore. Both my friends at different floors. I am using mobile internet all the time
Nice Hotel. Feeling Satisfied.
Humble receptionist and helpful hand security. Flexible and Cozy room with buffet breakfast, currently lvl 7 is under renovation but u can still chill n relaxing at rooftop with downtown view.
Good service, room and breakfast except water is little hard for shower.

The restaurant is a bit old, and the Wi-Fi and internet connection are very poor, probably due to its location. Otherwise, it's just average.
Big room, big space…have a good and delicious food but its noisy from the car road and the bar nearby…staffs are helpful
A good hotel. Comfortable rooms, fast internet, a buffet breakfast, and mostly local Asian food. There aren't many restaurants in the area, but the hotel itself has a bar-restaurant with an outdoor terrace and live music. The food is inexpensive and delicious. You can book a taxi around Mandalay and tickets to Bagan at reception. We were booked for a minivan and told there weren't any big buses to...
The room is decorated in Burmese style with modern amenities and is very clean. I particularly liked the inverter air conditioner in the room, which made sleeping very comfortable and prevented sudden temperature changes (this is very important). The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. Listening to live music at the Sky Bar on the rooftop in the evening is also a great option.
The rooftop bar is great for group gatherings. It's good to relax as a family. Arranged places to discuss business matters. Security is reliable. The service is also good. The food is also very tasty and cool. Very clean and fresh. I like the design of this hotel. I really like the drinks at the bar.
Booked this Hotel online, very happy when we arrived it is a lovely, clean, modern Hotel we were very happy with our choice, breakfast included which was very good, not huge but enough selections and the Staff were lovely. Shwe Ingyinn Hotel situated nearby Mandalay Railway Station and Mandalay General Hospital. Last ten years ago does not exit, one of new hotel. Hotel room price is reasonable not much costly say about Kyat 30000per day. Massage is especially for your enjoyment. Better visit there.
Have night view sky bar, we can try cocktail at there, sight seeing from that place is breathtaking, room are quite large and clean, Breakfast is normal and have limited choice of menu. Locating on the center of Mandalay is a strength of SIG hotel
Stayed here for two nights, on two separate occasions. Lovely quiet Hotel, with the exception of a little traffic noise, but then that is to be expected as it is in Central Mandalay. We get free upgrade to our room and it's superb. Comfy, clean and spacious. Like the interior design and room planning. Didn't get the chance to have proper breakfast there but the bread they gave us to eat on our way is nice. Much appreciated.

This is an oasis of charm and outstanding among the (not otherwise wholly distinguished) hotels in Mandalay. Try to get one of the ground floor rooms which faces only the waterfall stream. There are few more welcoming rooms in which i have ever stayed. Altogether a delight. Thanks to them in these difficult times for Myanmar visiting.
Super stay! Well run, clean and very helpful and accommodating staff. I would have stayed longer. Another time...
This hotel oozes charm. Dark wooden floors and staircase. Attractive, well maintained grounds with a swimming pool. Friendly and accommodating staff. Crisp bedding, fluffy towels. Adjoining open air restaurant plays loud music in late afternoon, but promptly stops about 2100. $52.00 USD night. Highly recommended.
Limited choice of 'tourist' accomodation in Mandalay so we opted for Red Canal. Our stay was very comfortable and the staff were so, so friendly and helpful. They suggested places of interest, organised transport and many other things. Couldn't have asked for better service.
The hotel has already a lot of excellent reviews but since I just got back from Mandalay I would like to write a more recent update. As Myanmar suffers currently from in my view pointless sanctions and travel warnings, a lot of hotels struggle to get by with just local travels. Therefore, it is even more impressive how much effort the staff puts into maintaining the property and its service level....
Thank you! Hotel staff was extremely focused on customer needs and our comfort. We all know it’s not an easy time to travel in Myanmar, but they did truly exceeded expectations. Thank you very much and congratulations.

Good location, friendly staff and nice massages. Breakfast and the restaurant had a good variety of choice. Lots of local restaurants very close by which I enjoyed.
A spacious, lovely Banglores with a clean swimming pool. I used to hire its function rooms, the Grand hall and Meeting rooms for my business very often. Much appreciated of the service and management. I also booked here for my friends a few times and always got very good feedbacks.
Staff very helpful but unfortunately can only work with what they have. Conference room equipment needs checking and updating.
Exclusively located a bit far from town . Staff are amazing and rooms are spacious. Not very budget friendly though
Has the ambience of a tropical island, best breakfast buffet in Mandalay, love the pillows and the English speaking staff are so kind!
The staff is very friendly and communicate in English well. The resort is very clean and the pool/restaurant area is relaxing. They have a nightly show of Burmese dancing and are very good at arranging sightseeing tours. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel/resort.

Very nice stuff , the clean room and a decent breakfast. I enjoyed my trip with this hotel.
Not a great place. Always had some bad smell in the air. Very ordinary hotel, not really good for business travellers, the room orientation is also not good. Extremely poor WiFi connection. Smart bedrooms with all facilities. Some staff could speak English and they were generally helpful. They arranged a taxi for the airport, unfortunately on arrival the taxi driver wanted an extra 10000 MM over the agreed price which I declined to pay. Rooftop bar is nice touch for sunrise and sunset views across the city, though music quite loud in the evening.
The staff was helpful and attentive. A good 3-star hotel for Myanmar. The towels and linens could use a refresh. The breakfast wasn't great; everything was greasy and cold.
Very satisfied. The service attitude is quite good
The hotel is under renovation, very dusty and not clean at all.
The breakfast was delicious and hearty. I stayed for a week and had a great time without any inconvenience. I recommend it.

Pretty much your standard big city middle of the road accommodation. The room and bathroom were clean and the air conditioning was functional which is all you can really ask of a place like this. And the WiFi was consistent which is nice.
Depends on your perspective, if you need to stay near the railway station to catch an early train to another city, this hotel is a good choice. It has a relaxing environment, a nice restaurant at the lobby, a cozy bedroom with a glass bathroom! Great for love birds. However, if you are a light sleeper, the noise of early train sounding the horns may serve as unwanted morning calls. So it really depends...
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, wonderfully clean and comfortable rooms, delicious and sumptuous buffet breakfast!
Suitable for foreigners and located infront train station and heart of Mandalay.
Frankly, its an old hotel. It wasn't noticeably dirty, but it didn't really feel comfortable either. The bathroom specifically could have been better maintained and could also do with a patch up. Breakfast is just plain bad unfortunately. The location is pretty good however, and the staff are also quite friendly and helpful.
Love this hotel with its friendly staff. Allowed early check-in with just small fee. Definitely will come back to this one on my next trip.

Great service, they allowed us to do early check in even though we arrived at 7 AM, that was great. They provide a decent breakfast, can sort out tours and transfers, and staff is always happy to help out ( though most of them know little English). Free water in the room, clean and roomy. They were flexible and packed our breakfast as we had to leave early on our checkout.
It's a really good hotel and so cheap. The staff is amazing. They are more kind and helpful than in most 5* hotels in Europe. You can also organize bustickets and other things from them. The only thing I would suggest you not to do is the restaurant. You can find much better food next to the hotel on the street kitchens. But for drink and the great view from the rooftop it is worth it!

I spent one night here and i can say that everything was great. Staff are friendly. As for the room, even though being small, it is good and surprisingly comfortable.
The hotel is ideally located, very close to the mandalay palace and is close by to indian restaurants. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly and greeted me with a welcome drink and also arranged for taxi on the way back to the airport. The room is very comfortable with all the basic amenities.
Great location close to moat. Easy to walk or short tuktuk to restaurant/cafe. Staff very friendly & helpful. Small hotel with beautiful wooden interior adds to the intimacy of the place.
Generally, we can say that hotel room price is the same in comparison with other hotels although it is small hotel with tight room type. Hotel is decorated with timber. Even if it has nice decoration, I don't feel fresh with it because of too small room type. It may be nice for foreigners who wants to have alternative experience.
Very small clean room in good location. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Didn't get to check out the breakfast, because we had to check out before it started.
