Big room but very slow Wifi! Beware of the motorcycle taxis in front of the hotel in the evening. They want to bring you to Karaoke or offer prostitutes.

It’s a nice 3 star hotel , With restaurants and bars near by. The stuff is very friendly, they treated me always so good :) It’s not the newest hotel but for the price perfect

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was really attentive. They were helpful to find me a tourist guide. I like their evening bbq and you get 2 free drinks at the bar everyday which is very appreciated. I recommend this place!

Good place to explore the city. Very good breakfast.

The room was big and clean and had a bath tub. The AC kept the room cool in the summer heat. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a huge and varied choice and the restaurant staff were really helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was nice and refreshing and the gym was a welcome addition, if a little old. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting Mandalay.

I lived in 100000 kyat worth room for 2 people. I like the service, they are so friendly. Breakfast is good. Price is little bit expensive but I guess it's worth. Most of the needed supplies are in the room, that is great. One thing is the bathroom sink is broke but it's work. I felt comfortable and enjoyed. Overall, I rated it 7/10.

360 degree Rooftop views. I haven’t stayed there but the service at the rooftop bar was wonderful 😁

We love to stay there again for next visit. The room are clean, spacious and new in 2022 January. The foods and services are standard. You can choose for your visit.

My wife and I stayed here in January 2020. This is a solid option in Mandalay. The staff is helpful and speaks English well. They upgraded our room to one with a great view. The breakfast is pretty good. The rooftop bar area is surprisingly nice for Myanmar. The gym was average though I appreciated the new cycling bike. Overall a solid experience and would stay again if I’m ever in Mandalay

Shwe Ingyinn Hotel situated nearby Mandalay Railway Station and Mandalay General Hospital. Last ten years ago does not exit, one of new hotel. Hotel room price is reasonable not much costly say about Kyat 30000per day. Massage is especially for your enjoyment. Better visit there.

We get free upgrade to our room and it's superb. Comfy, clean and spacious. Like the interior design and room planning. Didn't get the chance to have proper breakfast there but the bread they gave us to eat on our way is nice. Much appreciated.

Not a great place. Always had some bad smell in the air. Very ordinary hotel, not really good for business travellers, the room orientation is also not good. Extremely poor WiFi connection. The staff don’t speak English and difficult to communicate. Not a good place if you are used to decent features during your business trip.

Smart bedrooms with all facilities. Some staff could speak English and they were generally helpful. They arranged a taxi for the airport, unfortunately on arrival the taxi driver wanted an extra 10000 MM over the agreed price which I declined to pay. Rooftop bar is nice touch for sunrise and sunset views across the city, though music quite loud in the evening.

Nice location and friendly staff

Pretty much your standard big city middle of the road accommodation. The room and bathroom were clean and the air conditioning was functional which is all you can really ask of a place like this. And the WiFi was consistent which is nice.

Depends on your perspective, if you need to stay near the railway station to catch an early train to another city, this hotel is a good choice. It has a relaxing environment, a nice restaurant at the lobby, a cozy bedroom with a glass bathroom! Great for love birds. However, if you are a light sleeper, the noise of early train sounding the horns may serve as unwanted morning calls. So it really depends...

Frankly, its an old hotel. It wasn't noticeably dirty, but it didn't really feel comfortable either. The bathroom specifically could have been better maintained and could also do with a patch up. Breakfast is just plain bad unfortunately. The location is pretty good however, and the staff are also quite friendly and helpful.

Love this hotel with its friendly staff. Allowed early check-in with just small fee. Definitely will come back to this one on my next trip.

Great hotel with many furniture made by wood. If you love Chinese style, you should stay here. And don’t forget to try Pausi cake in front of Hotel. One of the most famous cake in Mandalay.

They will charged same rates. Room are quite clean and good to stay within your budget. Great service, they allowed us to do early check in even though we arrived at 7 AM, that was great. They provide a decent breakfast, can sort out tours and transfers, and staff is always happy to help out ( though most of them know little English). Free water in the room, clean and roomy. They were flexible and packed our breakfast as we had to leave early on our checkout.

It's a really good hotel and so cheap. The staff is amazing. They are more kind and helpful than in most 5* hotels in Europe. You can also organize bustickets and other things from them. The only thing I would suggest you not to do is the restaurant. You can find much better food next to the hotel on the street kitchens. But for drink and the great view from the rooftop it is worth it!

A comfortable hotel in Mandalay - if you like walking it isn't far to Mandalay Palace and Mandalay Hill. Friendly staff, very comfortable rooms and good breakfasts. I was in these hotel for three days. I arrived in 5 o'clock and check in was OK. I get room early. You can borrow motor motorbike for all day. Stuff are very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was best of what I had for one month in Myanmar.

Very kind and usefull personnel, we did the checking at 4am without additional charge. Too many mosquitoes, water not always hot.

Nice hotel with the palace view from the top floor. But still need a ride to reach the east gate palace (tourist entrance). The hospitality is good, and they will help you to find a taxy to go to the airport for 12.000 kyat.

Cheap price. Everything is beyond fine except the dining experience. The room can use a lil more space for ppl to move around esp when u r getting up and u pushed back ur chair and it slammed into other's chair. Next is my personal view only but i find my first buffet at this hotel lil but confusing. I hav to get used to the way they display food n plates but again my own view. Anyway i commend them...
