A nice place to stay in a discount season. Not outstanding and maintenance needed to be improved. Staff are nice and a lot of dining options nearby.

Near historical places. Galaxy Laundromat 3 is also near, our laundry was solve.

The restaurant is a bit old, and the Wi-Fi and internet connection are very poor, probably due to its location. Otherwise, it's just average.

Big room, big space…have a good and delicious food but its noisy from the car road and the bar nearby…staffs are helpful

A good hotel. Comfortable rooms, fast internet, a buffet breakfast, and mostly local Asian food. There aren't many restaurants in the area, but the hotel itself has a bar-restaurant with an outdoor terrace and live music. The food is inexpensive and delicious. The room is decorated in Burmese style with modern amenities and is very clean. I particularly liked the inverter air conditioner in the room, which made sleeping very comfortable and prevented sudden temperature changes (this is very important). The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. Listening to live music at the Sky Bar on the rooftop in the evening is also a great option.

The rooftop bar is great for group gatherings. It's good to relax as a family. Arranged places to discuss business matters. Security is reliable. The service is also good. The food is also very tasty and cool. Very clean and fresh. I like the design of this hotel. I really like the drinks at the bar.

Booked this Hotel online, very happy when we arrived it is a lovely, clean, modern Hotel we were very happy with our choice, breakfast included which was very good, not huge but enough selections and the Staff were lovely. The Reception Staff were the best so helpful and polite, tours can be arranged from the list they have with English speaking Driver and Guide i you require, prices were quite reasonable...

360 degree Rooftop views. I haven’t stayed there but the service at the rooftop bar was wonderful 😁

We love to stay there again for next visit. The room are clean, spacious and new in 2022 January. The foods and services are standard. You can choose for your visit.

My wife and I stayed here in January 2020. This is a solid option in Mandalay. The staff is helpful and speaks English well. They upgraded our room to one with a great view. The breakfast is pretty good. The rooftop bar area is surprisingly nice for Myanmar. The gym was average though I appreciated the new cycling bike. Overall a solid experience and would stay again if I’m ever in Mandalay

This is an oasis of charm and outstanding among the (not otherwise wholly distinguished) hotels in Mandalay. Try to get one of the ground floor rooms which faces only the waterfall stream. There are few more welcoming rooms in which i have ever stayed. Altogether a delight. Thanks to them in these difficult times for Myanmar visiting.

This hotel oozes charm. Dark wooden floors and staircase. Attractive, well maintained grounds with a swimming pool. Friendly and accommodating staff. Crisp bedding, fluffy towels. Adjoining open air restaurant plays loud music in late afternoon, but promptly stops about 2100. $52.00 USD night. Highly recommended.

Limited choice of 'tourist' accomodation in Mandalay so we opted for Red Canal. Our stay was very comfortable and the staff were so, so friendly and helpful. They suggested places of interest, organised transport and many other things. Couldn't have asked for better service.

The hotel has already a lot of excellent reviews but since I just got back from Mandalay I would like to write a more recent update. As Myanmar suffers currently from in my view pointless sanctions and travel warnings, a lot of hotels struggle to get by with just local travels. Therefore, it is even more impressive how much effort the staff puts into maintaining the property and its service level....
