Reviews
Only staff service mind at breakfast restaurant should be improved
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices. However, the front desk service could be improved. One staff member, Banyan, was rather rude and unprofessional, repeatedly asking the same questions even after we had answered them.
We tried their spa service as shown in the photo. It was okay, probably could seek for better massage outside.
Overall, a great hotel with excellent room quality and breakfast, but the front desk service needs some improvement.
Breakfast buffet is great, especially Shan noodles and chai tea.
Coffee was not good, gave up after 3 days and switched to Chai. Not sure if it was the beans or the milk but just didn't taste right.
Fruit buffet could have more choice. Add bananas, mango, longan or jackfruit.
Shan noodles were great but wouldbe good to have Mohinga as well.
Pool was nice with kids.
Very secure area.
