It is utterly disappointing to write this review. I am currently staying at the Casablanca Boutique hotel and will check out tomorrow to move to another Hotel. The level of service has unfortunately taken a dive for the worst. Food- Room service- was ordered at 18H15 and only arrived at 19H30 over an hour later. The food was cold and further they even forgot the sauce that comes with the food. I requested a hairdryer and was told they only have 1 on the premises and that it was broken. Mind you on one of the coldest nights in Namibia. The AC / Heater is completely ineffective in a space this size so I ask for a heated blanket ..... they don't have any....... I put all that aside and go to have a hot shower the shower is Filthy the grouting has not seen a brush in years. There is black mold on the ceiling. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL WORTH PAYING FOR. THERE ARE BNBs that can out do them just on the bare minimum service. My fellow business traveller's BOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Most friendly staff service outstanding and the food they serve is very delicious was really nice staying there will most definitely come back again.
Great service very personal. Nice and clean rooms with a stocked bar fridge in the room. They offer lunch and dinner. Breakfast is included. Value for money and really a gem in Windhoek. Recommended place to stay for business trips and even a weekend break away with your loveone.
Lovely looking hotel in Windhoek. Owners are friendly and helpful. Food took a very long time to be served, normally up to an hour. I caught the cleaners looking through my suitcase, whether they were going to take something I don't know but was disconcerting. I stayed here twice and didn't have anything stolen. Rooms are dated but nice enough to stay in. There's a pool outside and seeing area with breakfast room and roof top loungers.
