We had game and beef steaks, they were great! Chef Tabea cooked them to perfection. Will definitely be back again. Deon and Lynne Viljoen.
Oasis is a lovely restaurant, the ambiance and aesthetics are really amazing. The food was great. Our waitress Ruusa was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient with us. Her service was top tier.
I had a lovely time at Oasis Bar. I had a Piña Colada cocktail and a Sun-Crisp Chicken Burger. The chicken burger was so delicious — I’d rate it a 10/10, while the Piña Colada gets a 6/10. I also loved the aesthetics of the place. We also got great service from Miss Russ , she’s so sweet .
Great service. RoseMary is an absolutely amazing waitress. I would recommend her service any day. She’s kind, loving and friendly.
Rosemary was an amazing waitress. She made the experience so enjoyable . She was kind and prompt to any responses . She made the night feel so special. Make sure to ask for her .
The service was amazing, but the food took a lil bit long… overall we had the best professional waiter Ruusa 👌

Very need and professional environment.
Service was really great and helpful staff members willing to help all the way.
There were used drinks in the fridge. Some had straw in it which was disgusting. Breakfast and dinner were not good at all.
The room is standard, nice and clean, located at the city center. Breakfast was good.
The hotel Is location in the middle of city and really easy get a round. However one the staff from club saying to me that I took some of the drink outside the lounge. It like call me stealing.
I rarely write reviews, but after seeing this hotel’s stellar ratings—which in my experience do not reflect reality—I felt compelled to share my perspective. Overall Impression The property does not live up to the glowing reviews. The rooms feel more like those of a rundown youth hostel, and while the staff were generally friendly, they appeared poorly trained. The atmosphere reminded me more of a...

Felt very welcome, room was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful , breakfast was great- loved juice bar! The only thing I didn’t like was that room was too dark. No proper lights in room itself apart lamps , ceiling lights just entry of room, made it way too dark in night to pack bag. Also pool looks sweet but its kinda in restaurant so unfortunately I booked hotel as was hoping to use pool...
Nice rooftop with bar Staff is friendly, early check in possible. Perfect location In the city center
This is my third stay. The location is very good. It is in the center of Windhoek. There are shopping malls and shopping centers nearby. It is very convenient for dining, traveling and shopping. It is also close to churches and museums. The hotel service is OK and satisfactory.
After staying for three days, I chose to continue staying because of the service and convenience. It was still great.
Our stay was brilliant. Breakfast was excellent. General service was great. The only downside was the AC in our room 1402. It kept leaking even though the Engineer checked it. Otherwise it was a great stay and will definately come back.
Great place for an overnight stay in Windhoek. The room was lovely and the food in the restaurant was quite good. Reception was very helpful and helped us book a 4am airport transfer to meet our 7am flight. They also prepared a travel breakfast pack for us. A very comfortable and easy stay here.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, and the service truly exceeded our expectations. Every detail was handled with care, making our visit relaxing and memorable. A special thank you to Lovisa, whose kindness and professionalism stood out from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. We enjoyed our...
The bed in my room is world class. The rest of the room is pretty good. But what makes the place a 5-star destination is the overall package. The staff are all awesome. I've mainly been dealing with Lovisa and Katuu waited on me at dinner last night. They are 2 of the loveliest ladies you will ever meet. There is free access to a very simple but high quality gym 24 hours a day. The pool and...
Stayed here for a night. Room was upgraded to a suite as per membership benefit. Huge room with well equipped amenities. We dined at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and received wonderful service from Augusto. Very kind gentleman. Thank you.
The team provided exceptional service — attentive, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring every guest was satisfied. Kapatjee coordinated seamlessly with fellow staff, keeping everything running smoothly. Thanks to her professionalism and warm attitude, our dining experience was outstanding.
Overall, your service deliver was excellent, your staff members in particular Fransina and Lusia, they are always smiling and eager to help. Your kitchen staff members are also excellent as they are always want to know if you got help. Thanks for enjoyable stay and I will comeback again..
Very good location services... Clean room.. Food is very good.. The service by Kelly is remarkable... The breakfast staff and the head chef are amazing This is my second time staying here . And I am recommending this place to my colleagues

Great hotel, delicious breakfast, great choice of restaurants on site, 3 restaurants. Large room.
Great hotel prior to starting the safari. Safe location. Lots of walkable restaurant options. Beautiful rooms and property! Staff very attentive and helpful.
Such a great hotel. And such lovely people working there. The Oasis room was better than my private appartment! Would directly move in if I could! Highly recommend! 😁
My Family had the most amazing stay at The Weinberg. The hotel extremely comfortable, with amazing staff and restaurants on site. A special shout out to Beulah who made our stay particuarly special, with room upgrades (to accomodate our childrens needs) and special service and attention to detail. Will definitely be back.
Staff and service were excellent. Room was lovely with a great shower. Convenient location with secure parking. Restaurants were really good and the cocktails at the sky bar were perfect.

Good location close to shopping and city tourist sites. Big room and nice bathroom. Breakfast was good and excellent house keeping and good service during check in and checkout.
Decent stay overall. Great hotal but service felt a bit slow at times. Its a conveniant location but could use a refresh to justify the price.
Great staff, comfortable rooms
Small hotel. Located close to Windhoek CBD and walking distance from a mall where you will find a Pick n Pay, pharmacy, fast food restaurants, and most shops that one would need during a stay in Windhoek. The hotel is also not too far from the government building and gardens, meteorite site, independence museum, and small church museum. The staff are very vriendly and helpful. This was a nice little hotel. Very convenient. Very affordable. Not a luxury hotel but served purpose. I was heading to other parts of the country and it was a great base. The staff was nice. The place was safe and secure. I would stay here again

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Uhland. It is located in a quiet area just slightly outside the Windhoek city center, which makes for a peaceful environment. The rooms are surprisingly large, very clean, and come well-equipped with A/C and a mini-fridge. The staff members are incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. There is also a nice swimming pool on-site. Breakfast...
All in all, it's a good place for a day or two. Location is not too far from everything of interest, security is good. They have a pool and sell beers when shops are closed. AC and fridge worked perfectly well. No issues with hot water as well. Staff was great. My only complaint is the twin bed in a room marked as a double - even though it was clearly stated that there are twin beds, a double should...
I stayed at Hotel Uhland in Windhoek for four weeks with colleagues during a business trip, and it was an excellent experience overall. Really lovely hosts. Very clean and friendly. Fridge in room, comfy bed, tea provided.
Hotel Uhland is a bit dated, stains on ceiling, doors don’t seal properly, but it’s clean, adequate accommodation for a one night stay. Walking distance to a nice daytime shopping/cafe area

Windhoek's best kept secret,I loved this Hotel !
The hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, very elegant and had an excellent bed. We had a sublime creative dinner and a magnificent breakfast. Everything was perfect.
There are certainly independent reasons to visit Windhoek and the hotel. In my case we were using it as a stopover for our trip to Botswana and Namibia. Everyone was super nice there. The rooms are large and very clean. The restaurant is the standout with an incredible wine list. Like many places in the world outside of the US it is not much a cocktail culture so if you like certain cocktails- for...
My business trip coincided with the Easter holiday, so I booked the Heinzberg Hotel. The hotel is quite unique. As it is an old hotel, the facilities are a bit old, but the service and scenery are really good, and it is worth it to experience it for one night.
The food, service, and view are all wonderful. We were there for lunch - we didn't stay here. One problem, the bathroom is completely inaccessible for someone with a mobility issue. Thankfully, the staff allowed my husband to use an unoccupied room but otherwise it would have been a disaster. I'd love to go there again - it was beyond wonderful but can't see taking anyone with a mobility issue...

Beautiful hotel but the staff is not so friendly I must say. The only person who gave us proper customer service was TANGENI. As for the rest, Emily, Amy, not so friendly, we felt unwelcome, judged, and undermined because of our age and skin colour. It's sad because I really love the place. It was a plessure to stay in this carming and save Guesthouse. Very frendly service, fine romms with modern and elegant interior. Thanks, we will come back.
Our stay was truly delightful at the Olive Grove Guest House prior to starting a tour of Namibia. The staff were sincerely welcoming and attentive, the setting was serene and filled with native plants and birds, and the rooms comfortable and clean. We felt pampered by the wonderful breakfasts and were ready to start a journey across the country following a restful stay.
We booked the suite with terrace, which was extremely beautiful. Highly recommended. We also had dinner at the property on the first night. Great food and great service overall
My husband and I stayed in the suite on the first floor. The space was generous. The bathroom was huge, with excellent attention to detail, except for the electrical outlets and light switches, which were difficult to access. I had an excellent stay at Casa Blanca Boutique Hotel Pension. The service was friendly and professional, the environment was peaceful and comfortable, and I felt very well taken care of during my visit. A highly recommended boutique hotel in Windhoek. I would definitely stay here again.
Me as a person that flies a lot, cause Blanca was one of the best hotels that I ever stayed everything here it’s great the the staff ready to help you and assist you in anything you need rooms are amazing the food amazing how do you recommended I was supposed to stay for five days. I’m already two weeks and I’m enjoying every day. Highly recommended.
Nice boutique hotel in a quiet corner of Windhoek This is a lovely little boutique hotel in a quiet corner of Windhoek. It was a nice place to get some rest after a long safari and before leaving Namibia. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy at night.
Casa Blanca is a charming guest house in Pioneer Park of Windhoek. It is close to the University of Namibia and thus an ideal place for their guests. A nice place to stay for a night. Charming property and a good breakfast. Downside: the room wasn’t clean, and the bedding had some stains and a few hairs.

Loved it - friendly staff , very accommodating
Stayed 1 night. Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was nice!
Nice, quiet guesthouse. Friendly and helpful staff. It is listed somewhere as a five-star hotel, which it is obviously not by international standards, but a good place for a quiet stay. They only serve breakfast. Restaurants are not very close by, but meals can be ordered and brought.
Villa Moringa is becoming our home away from home. It is wonderful to arrive after a long trip and be welcomed by such friendly staff.
It’s the third time we’ve stayed there and we’d happily go back. There’s a very efficient collection from the airport and transport is available to local restaurants. The rooms are good and it’s the ideal place to sleep after a long flight. The staff are excellent and very patient, especially if you are the forgetful sort who leaves things behind and need to arrange to get them back.
Breakfast was of continental style, no need to have more choices. Rooms were big and clean, the pool big enough and clean, too. Only negative thing was, that we had to drive with our car for a dinner, because it was not possible to have a dinner in Villa Moringa. Could returned back and stay again.

Family run guesthouse in Windhoek West. My first visit to Windhoek and this place was recommended because of the helpful family that operate the lodge. This little gem is right near the Hotel school, about five minutes away walking. So great location for meals and you can eat meals prepared by the students or the cooks. Very reasonable. Unfortunately we have to disagree with all the glowing reviews. Plus points —— good neighbourhood, lovely garden, large bathroom and shower. But definitely not a “ boutique “ establishment. Good location, easy access, friendly staff. The rooms were clean, small but ok. Some rooms tend to be noisier due to proximity to breakfast room and parking lot.
Stayed in a few properties in Windhoek, and this was the best. Mathilda makes things so easy for you, and is so efficient. Super rooms, super gardens and super breakfast. Will definitely be back!
Truly elegant rooms and a very pleasant inner court yard. Close to good restaurants and city center, very helpful and friendly staff! I enjoyed my stay at the Elegant Guest House a lot and found it had a very relaxing atmosphere. The only thing that I would like to see changed, is that the selection at the breakfast buffet was not quite up to the price.
The room was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that the person at the front desk said the driver price to the airport was per car but then the driver said it was per person. I believe the driver was just trying to make extra money because he charged per car in-town, so him changing his policy reflects badly on him and the hotel. Luckily, we had enough money...

My friend and I recently stated one night here after coming back from a safari. The house was very cute and well decorated. The room was very clean and comfy. There were a lot of beautiful plants and trees on the grounds. It was in a quiet area and the breakfast was also very nice. Would definitely stay there again.
Quaint and lovely boutique house! Yummy breakfast, nice morning views and very close to the cool things in Windhoek!
Superb spot with exceptionally friendly staff, including the chef who got up at 3am to make me a packed breakfast when I left at 4am to drive back to South Africa. Ti Melen's rooms are big, the beds are comfy, and the bathrooms are massive, including double showers and a large bathtub. The restored antique furniture pieces dotted around the property add an old world charm too.
