Beautiful luxurious hotel near centre of Bhaktapur, only few hundred metres away. Staff is overly friendly. Rooms are big and comfy. Restaurant was good as we enjoyed a lunch and all dinners there.
Only one minor item, please change restaurant music, so guests won't hear the same music every 15 minutes.
Would strongly recommend this hotel/restaurant.

Such a lovely place in one of the most beautiful areas of Nepal. Everyone who worked there was super kind and helpful and, as per usual, made me feel very much at home in Nepal. I recommend getting to know Suraj, he is a really friendly local to the area and one of the closest friends I made on my trip. He knows all the ins and outs of Bhaktapur so getting that sweet king curd is no problem. Thanks for a great time guys! Ekdum ramailo chaa!

This hotel does not exist. I just came back from Nepal and took a taxi with my child from Kathmandu to this address. I found that this hotel did not exist at all. In the end, Ctrip compensated me. Don’t be fooled! The promotional picture of the hotel was from another hotel, and the address was also theirs. Later, I stayed in their hotel. It was a very irritating experience! And it delayed the journey.

Hotel is very comfortable, clean and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice for everyone.
We stayed for 2 nights and there were functions every day and night but it was interesting to see the changes of décor and flower arrangements. We were concerned it would be noisy but it wasn't and it gave us wonderful opportunities to enjoy the sound environment and amazing dinner with lots of guests.

Best location, great food and coffee. Fairly priced meals unless your used to eating on the street. Staff are very helpful and always within eye sight to help. Definitely recommend this guest house.

The building looks great but the service not so good. The food is so expensive, and tasted so bad that I thought of running away immediately after eating my food. I had to change my plan of drinking coffee as I found out that the manager or owner and the staff were constantly looking at our group ( idk why). It felt really awkward. It felt like they wanted us to consume more so that they can sell more. Felt horrible !

Excellent location, basic but comfortable rooms. Hot showers. Excellent meals....make sure you try the famous yogurt. Beautiful rooftop bar, nice first floor coffee shop.

Amazing view and a great spot to just hangout. The food was a disappointment, they have no clue what a pizza is and the momo was equally horrible. Need a new chef.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars or even negative ratings. The food was terrible and unhygienic with very expensive pricings. And they also charge VAT and SC for providing horrific food(so called service). I checked their past reviews and whenever anyone comments on food, they have only one response ->"We apologise for the service because of our cook absence due to bad health which is prepared by kitchen helper". Don't visit this place...will just ruin your mood and of course total waste of money.

We ate at the rooftop restaurant. The service was good. The boneless chilly chicken snack was great. The other food was good, as well. The view from the restaurant is great for seeing the square and surroundings.

Very nice hotel at a newar home. Stunning view from the roof top, you can have breakfast with the view of the stupas. We had dinner in the restaurant and it´s a good option in Bhaktapur
