Grace Guest House in Kathmandu

It's quiet at night (this is a critical point in Kathmandu!), the staff are kind, full of hosprtality with beautiful smile, and good English speakers, they call a taxi quickly, good meals at the cafe. You can find everything you need for a comfortable stay in Kathmandu. I usually don't have a review, but this hotel was excellent, that's why I left the review. Highly recommended.

We have had the best time at Kairos! They have sweetest and most service-minded staff. Really comfortable beds and pillows and a delicious breakfast. My favorite attribute is probably the hot showers- glorious! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent and comfortable rooms. The hot showers are great, the cafe is fantastic for breakfast (which is included for free) and the 2md floor conference room is a great work area. Employees are all very kind and professional

Absolutely amazing Bnb! We enjoyed staying here so much. The staff here are amazing! They genuinely are happy, and show so much kindness to their guests. The rooms are very clean and well put together, with ac/heat in every room. There is also an individual hot water heater in every shower so you never run out of hot water. The breakfast here is also another highlight for sure. 10/10 would recommend.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Kathmandu

Our stay at Kairos Bed & Breakfast was absolutely wonderful — it truly felt like a home away from home! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that instantly set the tone for a perfect stay.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we loved waking up to the soft morning light and the peaceful atmosphere — a rare find in the middle of busy Kathmandu!

Breakfast was another highlight. Every morning I was served a delicious, freshly prepared meal — a mix of local flavors and homemade comfort food. You can really tell that care and love go into everything they do here.

The location is ideal: tucked away on a quiet street yet close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and cafés. Whether you want to explore Thamel, visit cultural sites, or just relax, Kairos B&B is perfectly situated.

But what really makes this place special are the hosts. They go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels comfortable and cared for.

I can’t recommend Kairos Bed & Breakfast enough. If you’re looking for warmth, comfort, and an authentic Nepali welcome, this is the place to stay. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Kathmandu!
