It is pleasant hotel,fhoneky reception,staffs very homely. Ambience was cool,green,with nature. Food was very tasty and homely especially the chapati was very excellent firm it's uniform size and taste . The jungle safari by jeep was adventurous and we could see one horned Rhino,two royal Bengal tigers,dancing peacock. The folk dance in the evening was really amusing and unique reflecting the culture of the locals.We enjoyed and danced. Loved to stay there and also recommend others.

This is my first stay in the resort. I find everything beautiful. Big property, nice staff, a beautiful and big swimming pool, huge garden, delicious food!

We stayed for 2 nights in this property. Amazing peace. We get jungle like vibes. They have newly made pool which adds good value during stay. The staff were friendly and the touches on food was good. We got a chance to eat their buffet anx the indian food was really tasty. We booked jungle safari and canoeing through hotel at reasonable rate

Rooms were well maintained to my surprise. Toilet was spot on. Food okayish! Biggest disappointed was the service. Property seems well renovated. Lacks room service big time.

Bad rooms with crocoches and ants. ACs were not working. Food is worst. Never had a such bad food in life. We 7 people with 3 rooms were there for 2 days with half a stomach. Wi-Fi was also not working.
Should be named as Dharamshala not a resort.

Beautiful ambition at the garden, outstanding tasty food at the restaurant, well experienced & knowledgeable tour guides and very supportive staff (Arjun, Suraj, Aim, Krishna etc.). Highly recommended place to stay in Chitwan

The first day on arrival to this estate we had our lunch planned in the restaurant of the resort in our package, after making it clear that we would like it in buffet style due to the size of our group, yet the hotel staff did not prepared accordingly and gave us our plates, served us one by one.
Even for this task the hotel staff was short-handed.
On the second day, we had some issues in our dinner, to every hindu you might know that pork is not what we eat, and even after asking for goat meat in dinner we were served with pork meat....
When confronted the manager about the same, he was drunk and kept on shouting without
On our last day in the resort, our check-out time was after 10 and to my utter surprise the staff was very adamant on getting us out of our room before 8 am, infact they even shut down the electricity supply to our rooms just to make us leave quickly.
This was our last day in Nepal trip and everyone was planning to be a bit laid back and take time while getting up and going for the breakfast.
After calling the manager, he said that the light connection is out and we are on the generator, i was so frustrated on hearing this that I checked the switches on their electricity supply board (db) which was in switched off position.
I will not recommend this hotel strongly.
I would suggest everyone to get a different

Get this hotel if u don't want peace of mind on your holidays.
