Hotel Jungle Crown – Honest Review My stay at Hotel Jungle Crown was decent overall, but there were a few issues that really affected the experience. One of the biggest problems was the lighting system. The light controls are located outside the room, which means you can’t turn the lights on or off from inside. This was very inconvenient, especially at night. Another downside was the food. The options were quite limited, and it didn’t really meet the expectations for a hotel of this level. Also, the balcony door did not lock properly, so it kept knocking because of the wind, which was disturbing and made it hard to sleep comfortably. The hotel has potential, but these issues definitely need improvement for a better guest experience.

Hotel Jungle Crown exceeded every expectation and made our stay in Chitwan truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warm hospitality and incredible attention to detail. Their coordination, punctuality, and willingness to assist with anything we needed made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The property itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering a peaceful environment perfect for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with excellent air conditioning—a huge relief in Chitwan’s intense heat. The fast and reliable Wi-Fi was another pleasant surprise, making it easy to stay connected throughout our stay. The hotel’s buffet breakfast offered a generous selection of fresh and delicious options, and the on-site restaurant maintained the same standard of quality for all meals. We also loved the swimming pool, which was a refreshing break after exploring the area. Overall, Hotel Jungle Crown is a perfect blend of comfort, service, and location—highly recommended for anyone visiting Chitwan.

Clean, good food, excellent wifi, perfect coordination and timings, and unbelievably attentive staff. I have difficult dietary needs (serious allergies) and i have NEVER found anywhere so helpful to ensure all was ok for me. The waiting staff were made aware in advance and we were immediately spoken to on arrival in the restaurant where something was then seperately prepared to avoid having to use the buffet, where there may have been some risk of cross contamination from one dish to another by other guests. Regardless of dietary needs, this demonstrates the level of friendliness, care and service from their amazing staff, including reception, catering, drivers, guides, and security.

This place is clean, a great location, and has a friendly staff. There is a swimming pool, buffet breakfast, and choice of activities you can purchase extra like safari and bird hikes. We went to Elephant Care Nepal while here, and spent quality time with elephants who were not chained or being ridden. Instead we chose to hike with a free elephants through the forest and enjoy learning about her and the baby, in their natural ways. For us it was more meaningful and very special.

After a two week long trek we stayed here to relax and experience the hotel and surroundings. The hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean, Beds comfortable and the pool was just what we needed on the hot days. We enjoyed the food and the jungle experience was well organised. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Would consider to stay here again.

Beautiful location. Room immaculate, fantastic A/C. All staff were friendly, kind and exceptional. The food was fantastic and the chefs happy to accommodate dietary requirements. I cannot recommend highly enough

Great place to rest and relax. Clean rooms with all basic amenities. Tea, coffee, water bottles and toiletries were all complementary. Breakfast is lavish. Swimming pool is great and the whole property is located in a very peaceful area, away from the usual touristry crowds in sauraha. The staff are also helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone going to sauraha for short trips and vacations.

The hotel is probably one of the best in the area, but what good is it when, despite having already paid for our stay, we found out after arrival that we would be kicked out of the room one day earlier or that we would have to take a worse room. They simply had a wedding and decided that they could cancel the reservation with Trip.
