A wonderful place for family, groups or couples. Ambience is very nice, warming environment and the tharu dance is to look out for. I highly suggest people to visit this place if you’re going sauraha or places near to visit.

We had a two night stay here as part of our northern India and taste of Nepal trip. From the moment we arrived and were greeted we knew this stay would be special. The manager greeted us and we had a welcome photo (provided) and an explanation of the programme for the rest of the day and the following day which was all included in the price of the stay as was breakfast lunch and dinner on a package menu. The hotel is simple with a large pool and deck and located on the banks of the river. Within minutes of arrival a rhino was spotted on the other side of the river giving an instant idea of the real location within the Chitwan national park. The rooms are quite basic but have everything you would need including controllable ac, bottled water, mini fridge, tea coffee kettle, balcony overlooking the river, and a small bathroom. Caution the bathrooms are wet rooms as the overhead shower sprays everywhere. The comp wifi was the best signal we received during our time in India and Nepal at a download speed in excess of 200 mpbs. The one restaurant is staffed by young waiters and waitresses who are just the nicest people and so eager to please. Because the hotel was quite quiet they asked us to preorder dinner from the package menu. I asked if they served white wine and they said no but please tell us what you would like and we will see if we can get it for you. They did just that and my chardonnay duly arrived chilled at the table. Excellent service. The choices on the package menu were good and there was also an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner if we preferred and an allowance given. Good choice of imported and Nepalese beers. The food was excellent and waiting times minimal. Local Desserts freshly made Service was friendly and personable. Breakfast was a buffet with reasonable choice. Omelette available from the kitchen. Good local breads and muffins. The included programme! First was an afternoon walk of around 90 minutes into the safari park. We saw crocodiles and rhino. Amazing. Next morning we did an early dug out canoe boat trip and drfted down the river observing bird life, deer, and many crocodiles, followed by a walk to the elephant breeding centre where we saw mothers and babies together. Just incredible. An afternoon jeep safari into the Chitwan National Park revealed loads of bird life, different species of deer, rhino and crocodiles in their natural habitat. Amazing (again) In the evening we were treated to a pre dinner cultural show of Nepalese dancers and music. All of the above included in our package. Of course tipping is expected and more than earned. Our guide, Samjhana, was wonderful, so knowledgeable and with eyes like a hawk she spotted every bird or animal. Amazing. Such memories. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and all the experiences that come with the package.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at The Park Safari Hotel in Sauraha. The hotel is situated on the banks of the River Narayani. The views are stunning. We had opted for a river facing room. The hotel has a large deck outside it's restaurant and one can enjoy a drink sitting here. There is a large swimming pool too and there are conveniently placed changing rooms and shower/restroom. The food quality is very good. The safari tours offered by the hotel come with pick up and drop off services. If you wish for a modern hotel with great views and which offers a variety of activities to choose from, then the Park Safari Resort hotel should be your first choice.

We had an Amazing time, the rooms are beautiful and clean. The food is really good and the people working there are so friendly and welcoming, we felt so good the whole time and had so much fun with them.
They also organized us the safari tour with amazing guides and also the bus tickets. Would recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a great time in Chitwan. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience 🥰
