Great location as walking distance to the Buddha stupa. Room is clean and spacious. The only complaint is limited choices of breakfast offerings.

This hotel gives a very warm welcome and kind service. After the cacophony of the roads of Kathmandu it’s soothing to enter the what feels like a quieter world with attention paid to heritage. The staff were unfailingly kind. The rooftop terrace is just gorgeous with views over the valley. It is quite something to have a delicious buffet breakfast with views of snowcapped Himalayan mountains and the great stupa. Highly recommend!

The location is one of its biggest strengths just a short walk from the Boudhanath Stupa, making it perfect for peaceful morning or evening strolls.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

The in house restaurant served delicious food, especially the Tibetan and indian dishes, and breakfast had a good variety. Its specially beautiful at night when you can dine with the majestic boudhanath right in front of you. I also appreciated the hotel's quiet atmosphere despite being in a busy area.

Overall, Hotel Tibet International offers a great balance of comfort, culture, and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Boudha or looking for a peaceful stay in Kathmandu.

This is a fabulous hotel. We stayed there twice this month and will stay there again next time. The staff are professional and kind and made every effort to accommodate our every request. The food was wonderful, the view stellar, the rooms comfortable and clean, and the decor very thoughtful and lovely. Shikha, Deepak and Nimi were the star front desk team and the driver and concierge (?) - the Bhandari brothers - Shree Krishna and Rajendra were helpful and accommodating, and were a pleasure to spend time with. We will be back.

Dated rooms, dusty and not very clean. No room service or anyone at night. I had to wait for security to open the main gate before I could check in as I arrived around 11.

Very near the stupa. Great views from the roof top restaurant. No view from room.

We ordered salmon and avocado salad, but the salmon portion was too small in comparison to it's costs, plus it did not taste like actual salmon. Would not recommend this dish to other. Bad taste.

If you are looking for a true Tibetan Hospitality infused with modern luxury, then nothing beats Hotel Tibet International.
It is located at 2 minutes walking distance to Baudha Stupa and major Buddhist monasteries. Pashupatinath temple, which is about 1.5 km from Hotel Tibet International, is faster on foot than in a vehicle.
You will fall in love with their food and ambience of their rooftop restaurant on the 7th floor.
