The front desk staff were curt, the one lift is weird, the rooms are tattered. The restaurant is nice, though. The bed was comfortable enough and had power others on each side--perfect for two people to charge devices at bedside. There was a mini fridge and coffeemaker. The bathroom was fairly well lit but the toilet area was dark. There was a tub and a separate shower. The shower water pressure was excellent! Unfortunately, there were no towel hooks ANYWHERE, not even a place to hang the hand towel. Looked like something had been torn/broken off the wall near the sink; strange to not fix it. The shower soap dispenser had been torn/broken off the wall & was sitting loosely on the small shelf for shampoo. The door that slides to close off the toilet or the shower was off the track, which was broken. Seems this hotel doesn't care enough about their guests to fix such inadequacies. The WiFi was horribly slow and not password protected (boo!). The free parking was nice. Regardless of the few good aspects of this hotel, if I'm ever in the area again I'll surely look elsewhere.

Great hotel for an overnight stay. Room was spacious and reasonably clean. Bed was good. Too bad the TV wasn't smart.

Disappointing
The breakfast was good clean and respect of hygiene, but the room was really not very clean. I doubt the floor had been vacuumed, there were traces around the sink, and hairs on the desk

Nice Hotel but terrible restaurant service !
The Hotel is ok and in a quiet area.
The restaurant is awful ! It was not full at all, we were waiting almost 20 minutes and nobody even asked us if we want to dring something ! So we went to another restaurant. - Very bad service / customer attention !

Check-in was easy, and the staff were super friendly at all hours. The lift is a bit clunky, requiring one to hold the button until the lift lands precisely at the desired floor. The room was comfortable but very dimly lit. The bed was very comfortable and though there were no nightstands at each bedside, the headboard had a shelf upon which to set phones, water, etc. The headboard also had light switches and a power outlet on each side--perfect for charging phones & devices at bedside. The room had no mini fridge or minibar, unfortunately. There was a coffeemaker & electric tea kettle. The bathroom shower water pressure was ok, and the water stayed hot. The shower soap dispenser was empty--not fun to discover once soaking wet in the shower; refilling soap dispensers should be on the housekeeping checklist for every room. The towels were thin. The wall-mounted magnifying mirror was a nice touch. The WiFi was good but not password protected (boo!). There is ample parking in the hotel's large open-air lot.

Vacation
Was pretty good, clean rooms good service housekeeping did an excellent job. Reach for a bit steep. But overall a good place to stay.

Room is big enough and enviornment is very quiet.

All facilities are new and good working.

Tea and coffee as well as electronic kettle are provided.

Shortcoming is that it is a bit far from city center and no super market around as well as resturant.

The dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel are good.

We were with the grandchildren and the inter-leading rooms turned out to be two full great rooms. Well appointed rooms.
We were warned that the restaurant had a limited menu. That was fine and the food was good.
That we had to wait an hour before it was served (including the drinks) was not really acceptable, but the staff was very pleasant and we had the time.
We tried the midget golf, but will have to come back for other events. These are closed on a Monday
