Lovely but expensive hotel in the Dutch countryside

Great hotel for an overnight stay. Room was spacious and reasonably clean. Bed was good. Too bad the TV wasn't smart.

Wow we found this little gem of a hotel and it didn't fail to disappoint us! The reception check in was so smooth and really friendly- couldn't do enough for us! It is about a 10 minute walk from town. We really can't fault anything. We will definitely be returning, should we ever need to come back.

Modern hotel loaded with amenities, even reusable bags for groceries and umbrellas! Spa was very nice and bed was comfy. I wasn’t able to control my thermostat and it was a little warmer than I prefer, the pillows were also firm so that took some getting used to. Breakfast was filling, but was also 20€. Bar will allow you to order food from nearby restaurants to the hotel which is pretty cool.

Big rooms with all the necessities. Gym is a rehabilitation clinic, so don’t have very heavy weights but excellent cardio equipment. I did not eat here, but looked good. Location is decent, 15min walk to Aldi and 30min to centrum or a nature preserve. Parking costs .50€ for 30 min and 5€ overnight.

A very good hotel, easy to find from the A50 motorway being well signed, though that can't be said for the hotel parking facility. The parking in front of the hotel is actually for the adjacent hospital and is payable so very misleading! However, while on the subject of parking, we were told that the hotel parking which is behind the hotel is also is also payable. Fortunately the system was not working...

Been around for business and this hotel was one of the options. It‘s a care-oriented hotel with huuuuge rooms and great spacious bathrooms. It‘s a completely barrier free hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is available next to it for a cheap price per day.

My room was quite, big and confortable, Nice view to the pond while taking breakfast. The hotel have no gym. No toilet amenities neither, I don't know if they would have provide it. As there is not much around I had to pick up the car to buy something I forgot. The service is nice and attentive. 5 stars for them.

The hotel looks good on first sight, but it really needs to improve on small annoyances that impair the overall experience. The rooms themselves are a bit outdated, but ok. This hotel is centrally located in Den Bosch, very close to the cathedral. Staff were friendly and our room was large and comfortable.

I booked a single room. It was small, but clean. The bathroom, however, wasn't very clean; there was mold in the shower and the shower drain was clogged.

First of all, of course, the excellent breakfast. So tasty and plenty of choice. The breakfast room looks neat and tidy. Top !!! The staff is very friendly. The room was spacious and fresh, nice beds and a large TV. For us, definitely worth repeating. The central location is also nice.

The hotel is an old building, decorated in a vintage style, very beautiful and sweet, suitable for taking pictures. The room is quite spacious. The bathroom has a bathtub, but on the day I went, the staff forgot to refill the shower gel. Other than that, it's okay. The location is good, close to the church and shopping areas.

Located next to the oldest church in the Netherlands, it is very close to the city center and very convenient for walking. The only thing is that the church will ring the bell every time, usually starting at 7 or 8 in the morning.

It's about a ten-minute walk from the train station. It's very convenient to walk there. There are many specialty shops along the way, each with its own characteristics. The breakfast is also very good. It is a restaurant during the day and a bar at night. The environment is very good, but I didn't experience it due to time constraints.

I've been only to the spa and even if the facilities are beautiful and very well maintained, I found it expensive for the few services they offer included in the price. It's mainly one big indoor and outdoor swimming pool with several big jacuzzi's. There's just one small sauna and hamam for that amount of visitors. That was not nice. No option to sit since everything was full, no chairs available...

Fantastic hotel and spa… the thermal space was very relaxing… beautiful indoor/ outdoor bathing pools in a nature setting. There are a variety of pools including 37 degrees, and a 34 degree salt water float pool… both amazing experiences and quite unusual. There was also a salt scrub shower space and 1 sauna/ 1 steam room. The thermal area requires swim suits and robes. Robes and flip flops were included...

The bed was huge and the most comfortable ever. The hotel staff, restaurant and location were simply perfect.

Be warned there are a lot of steep stairs, we were in the royal suite. But it’s well worth the climb, a beautiful huge room with very comfortable beds & a lovely bathroom, views over the rooftops. We had a large 2 bed suite. The room was absolutely massive. The room itself was great. Bed and pillows are were super comfortable (firm bed and pillows). Two main complaints. One is check in - you literally check in by the bar in the restaurant. Awkward standing there with bags while drinks are going to the customers seated at tables next to where you are. The woman who checked us in was very nice and overall all the staff were very friendly and good hearted. They also let us leave our bags.They helped with all our questions and request, and the cleaner on the 5rh floor was very nice allowing us to use the vacuum for our vacuum sealed bags. The room was perfect for a couple nights stay in Eindhoven. The location close to the railway station was great. Late on the saturday evening there was no one at the reception and we, me and at least five other guests, had to wait to someone to some to open the front door. Breakfast was ok, but the box given instead of it wasn''t. Only yogurt and fruit was eatable. The webside was also misleading....

Small room, sink with open concept. Toilet bowl and shower separated. Individual that needs to do their business in the toilet and uses water to clean themselves rather than a tissue will have a hard time. Everything else was just dark, even the light doesnt really brighten up the room. Using google map, it lead me to another building rather than the hotel itself. And having to do our own check in...

This was our second visit to Blue Nijmegen. Once again we were impressed by the staff, meals, cleanliness and comfort. The bed was so comfy that it was difficult to get going in the morning. The only minor downside is that the rooms are a bit snug, especially with the TV at the foot of the bed. We will be back!

This is a unique place. You get what amounts to a kitchen-free studio apartment in 200- or 300-year-old building that’ll managed by a hotel-like front desk, rather by some remote AirBnB office. You live roughly the way a Dutch person in a historic build does, which means weird (but modern, clean) bathrooms, lots of steep stairs, etc. If you have trouble with stairs, you need to talk to the hotel...

Lovely one night family stay before picking up our rental car from the airport. A bit pricey for taxi for 5 minute ride (€20), but hotel is really lovely. Nice grounds, pool and terrace. Short family parkrun break A lovely 3 night stay, short 30min walk into the City. Our 3 bed room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had tea/coffee facilities and kettle. Large shower room with powerful shower. Very quiet location and quiet rooms.

We enjoyed our overnight stay in The Parkzicht Hotel. The location was lovely. The room comfortable and large enough for 3 people. We had hoped to have a drink at the bar @ c.18:00 before going into the city for dinner but it wasn't possible. (?) That is our only "complaint", we did not use the restaurant, so I cannot rate it.

Friendly staff in a dated hotel. Rooms were a good size but in need of refurb with wallpaper peeling from walls. Beds were too soft and in the end provided a poor night's sleep for the two nights we were there. Had been to this hotel once before, but it had since changed names, so mistakenly booked it again. Almost to easy to find it. The staff were lovely. The room services were ok. House keeping used to come around a bit to early for me. The hotel was always kept clean and tidy which was nice. The swimming pool was nice and it had a sauna. It's next to town I would say a 4 minute walk maybe 5.

I found the building charming and our room very spacious and comfortable. Having breakfast included made it exceptionally well priced compared to other properties in the city. The housekeeping staff in particular does a wonderful job.

Rooms are cheap. Fairly large rooms for the price. But they are very old and outdated. Too dark with just a couple of lamps. Breakfast is good. Excellent checkin and check-out procedure. Very close to the centre and hotel is very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay as we were happy to be a weekend away. Hereby our feedback: - When entering the room it was icy cold and the room did not look anything like the pictures. One chair was falling apart and the leather was partly ripped off. Some minor details less important is several light bulbs were broken. - Water in the shower did not turn hot. Even when on 50 degrees it was still not hot. -...

Amazing breakfast and restaurant. Rooms were clean and staff very friendly, always ready to help. Wellness just what we needed after a long walk in nature. Very good place for people who loves nature as we do. Loved the environment.

Beautiful property (could use a little bit of refreshment - hallway rugs are very worn in part of the hotel), but the rest is great. Staff was amazing and helpful. We had a wonderful four course dinner and the breakfast was nice too.
