Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, everything was well organized, and the atmosphere felt comfortable throughout. What really stood out was the incredible friendliness of the staff. They were consistently polite, professional, and genuinely eager to assist, creating a very welcoming environment from start to finish. The only downside was the breakfast, which felt a bit repetitive and could have offered more variety. Especially for people with food restrictions. Still, it was a very positive experience overall. Thank you for great two weeks.

When we arrived the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean and quiet. And the air conditioning worked really well. It was exceptionally hot outside. The breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh fruit which was in perfect condition, as well as delicious scrambled eggs and fresh croissants. Definitely a five star breakfast. The parking garage is a few minutes walk from the hotel. The spaces are good and access is easy. I cannot fault this hotel for anything. I wish all hotels were simply this good.

My wife and I had a great stay at this hotel while visiting family in the area. Staff are very friendly and accommodating as well as informative. My wife had a gluten allergy and staff were very kind and had gluten free bread available and were able to advise on other allergies as well. The rooms are cozy and well kept and the entire hotel itself is clean. The area of the hotel is central and allows for easy walking to the main city center. I would definitely stay here again!

Wow we found this little gem of a hotel and it didn't fail to disappoint us! The reception check in was so smooth and really friendly- couldn't do enough for us! It is about a 10 minute walk from town. We really can't fault anything. We will definitely be returning, should we ever need to come back.

Camera spaziosa e pulita, così come il bagno. Sapone e docciaschiuma di alta qualità, brand Rituals.
Colazione con scelta abbondante e davvero deliziosa.
Unico neo: l'uso di moquette in camera. La trovo piuttosto obsoleta, meglio un pavimento: meno polvere, più facile da mantenere, più ecologico in quanto dura di più. Ma è una mia preferenza personale.

Modern hotel loaded with amenities, even reusable bags for groceries and umbrellas! Spa was very nice and bed was comfy. I wasn’t able to control my thermostat and it was a little warmer than I prefer, the pillows were also firm so that took some getting used to. Breakfast was filling, but was also 20€. Bar will allow you to order food from nearby restaurants to the hotel which is pretty cool.

Stayed at the Arrow whilst away for work. Hotel had everything you could need, staff were very friendly, bed comfy. Breakfast was great, they don’t serve evening meals but will help order food in. If you don’t need your room cleaned daily (and who does) you can receive a token for a drink at the bar. Nice environmental offer. Nicely placed in the town for eateries and only a ten minute walk to the bus station.

Stayed here recently Honestly could not fault one thing it was a superb hotel the siblings who run it are absolutely lovely! They went above and beyond for us! Rooms are so comfortable & clean Swimming pool and amenities are gorgeous Breakfast was yummy Overall experience was so relaxing and great
