The man and woman at the desk are very unhelpful. The blonde lady loves to drop unneeded slightly confrontational comments and made every conversation awkward. Avoided her the best I could, but then when we asked to use the sauna at 8:59 pm he said no....They don't turn it on without someone asking and when you ask they say it takes too long instead of doing the guest a solid.

The rooms are a decent size and have a small balcony but the walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING from neighboring rooms.

Breakfast was ok. Spent very little time at the hotel overall and still felt the need to share my feelings about the poor hospitality and customer service.

Nice stay close to the enormous beach, Renesse in walking distance ca. 30 min. Good dinner & breakfast, nice pool.

What a great experience, service was excellent. The staff was super friendly with the kids and the room accommodations were perfect. Definitely on my list to comeback.

The place is ok, next to the beach. The little studio was clean and comfortable.
The dinner was basic, nothing special, but ok and plentiful. Breakfast was perfect and staff was really friendly and welcoming.

We had a very nice stay, great breakfast and dinner. Above what we expected. 200 m from the beach and 30 min walk from the center of Renesse.

ATTENTION / DANGER: HOTEL CANCELED WITHOUT SPECIFYING REASONS FOR HOTEL ROOMS AFTER BOOKING CONFIRMATION!!!
DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL!!!
Communication is poor. Hotel director is absolutely arrogant and makes demands that are not legally acceptable. The wording in email communication is absolutely outrageous and customer-unfriendly. The hotel requires a deposit, although no deposit is contractually agreed in the offer. The hotel also charges cancellation fees, even though the agreed cancellation policy violates applicable law.

Agree to book a room at 17:00, at 22:00 receive an email to reject the booking because it has just been booked via the internet. Disgraceful service
