Easy to find location, in central Rotterdam. Lots of fresh towels, room was very clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds. Hotel receptionist Eren was extremely helpful, printed off 10 pages of tickets for my travels and made me feel like it was no issue at all and answered all of my questions regarding bag storage helpfully. He was very accommodating and even gave me directions to bars and clubs and the city centre nearby. Would recommend to everyone. 10/10

Well located for easy walking distance in and around city centre.
Room was clean spacious and well stocked, well insulated as the room was surprisingly quiet given its location.
Staff were friendly, helpful and genuine.

Unfortunately I do not recommend this hotel. We were not able to sleep due to the air being absolutely stale and hot in the room. If you opened the window, the street was super loud, in fact even with the windows closed it was noisy.

Stayed at this hotel for a few days.
It's not so far away from the train station and the shopping centre.

It has a tram stop right in front of the hotel, which is a plus.

The rooms are comfortable.

The hotel is just by the road, so for people who do not like noise, take note.

The noise from the street is not so bad because I did not notice it.

Prices are also reasonable.

Just ensure to book ahead.

The hotel give a very good service and very comfortable. We're able to wait in the hotel before we go and depart to the train station. It's very helpful on winter season when it's quite cold outside.

Had a great stay at Hotel Emma. The room was clean and a decent size. It was in a great location, 15 mins from Rotterdam Centraal and shops. My room faced onto the main road opposite a bar but I couldn't hear any noise from there in the night. Breakfast is a very short walk away at Baker & Moore. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Very good location. The hotel is in the city center. Lots of noise in the night. To access the hotel room, you must go to the Emma hotel to collect the card.
