I stayed at this hotel with my friends on June 21st, booking three rooms in total. It was an extremely hot day, and unfortunately, none of the air conditioners in our rooms were working. We reported the issue before going to bed, but nothing was done. It was unbearable—like sleeping in a sauna.
When we brought this up the next morning, the response was beyond disappointing. Instead of an apology or a fix, we were mockingly told to “take a cold shower.” Seriously?
After a completely sleepless night, we demanded to lodge a formal complaint. Our names were written in a register and we were told someone would follow up with compensation. I even followed up via email, but no one has responded to this day.
The complete lack of accountability and basic customer service is appalling. If you care at all about comfort, responsiveness, or professionalism, do not stay at this hotel. I sincerely hope this review saves others from the miserable experience we had.
Plenty of road works going on around the hotel which made access a little difficult, however it has to be done
