Return visit to B&B de Valkenhorst while back visiting family in the area. Johannes is a fantastic host, so for us this is an absolutely perfect place to stay.

If nothing else is available on the area I guess this is an option to use. Bed was uncomfortable (too soft, old and rough bed sheets). Bed was not re-done next morning.

We chose B&B de Valkenhorst for its location - close enough to family to be walked several times a day. We got so much more than just the right location. Johannes is a very relaxed host who seems to be always on the go, and for whom nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts are high quality with plenty of choice (and with cling wrap offered in case you're defeated with the quantity and want to take some for later in the day). We'll certainly be returning.

This is a very cute B&B. The room we had was very nicely furnished and spotless clean. The breakfast was great with big variety. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location is a bit outside of the city but because of this it's very quiet, there is also free parking available. Overall a great experience and we can definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed 2 nights and have decided to stay a 3rd night next week on my way back…. Fantastic host, nice breakfast, comfortable room and very nice bathroom. Happy to recommend this place !!
