The hygiene was okay, but the shower drain got clogged. The elevator was cramped for three people, and it was very slow. (You can't expect too much from a family-run guesthouse.)
The breakfast bar had quite a few flies buzzing around (it was already November when I went, and it was quite cold).
The triple room had an extra bed that was set up on the spot. The bed could be set up in many directions, but the hotel's choice to set it with the head of the bed facing the toilet was quite baffling.
I booked it because of its safe location in the museum area, and it met the standards. However, at over 3,000 yuan a night, the value for money isn't very high. I wouldn't consider staying here again.
