Good location reasonably priced friendly staff- when you can find them - the restaurant was bright and modern. The food was exceptional but a limited menu Its a short walk for the Christmas markets. However. The big let down for us was the room. Very small and outdated no bedside cabinets as there was no room. No where to hang cloths so we had to live out of a suitcase.

Unattractive room, small, dark, smelly and very warm (felt like a sauna). No airconditioning in the room. Although the room was paid in advance for 1 night, we immediately left after entering the room and booked another hotel in Maastricht.

Nice cozy place pre is the free parking as a guest.
The building is a bit old as you can hear the upstairs neighbours walking in their room. Bcs of the wooden floors probably.
The breakfast is very nice plenty of choice
But overall no complaints and a pleasant base for a few days in Valkenburg

Went there on 25 December for a Christmas dinner ... experience to forget.. 5 dishes menu for 55 EUR .. (drinks not included of course)..served during 4 hours, very slowly. We received ridiculously small portions served by rude and uninterested waitresses who were only interested in getting us more drinks ( since they were not included in the men of course) .. was not possible to get any bread .. we left the place feeling hungry and ripped off of our money…we ended up spending 70 EUR each for such a tasteless dinner.. don’t go there if you want to have a nice meal.. even a Macdonald is better

The hotel it’s amazing the rooms and else very clean and comfortable, but yesterday on the morning we had a very uncomfortable situation: I came to visit my sister and we heard about the dinner it’s good and we asked about to make a reservation and asked to Mauth a 40 year old receptionist to reserve us a table and she recommended us not to eat here ! We couldn’t understand the reason why , and she told us that better to go other place , we was on shock cuz we heard a lot good things about the kitchen

We was there with one AudiA6 from Hungary,we parked at the Hotel parking place on the first day(we was there 1 day from the 6),for the first morning someone stole it our all 4 wheels from the car at THE HOTEL PARKING!!
The hotel Staff was not so helpfully at this moment.
They said to stop the booking and we will get back our money..so that never happened,they not answered to my emails and messages.
Never ever at this place!👎👎👎
I recommend to everyone this place if u want to lose 4 Wheels from your car or u would to change it for others for much money out of your fault.
No help,no money back.

Basic and clean hotel, a good place to stay for a couple of days. Recently renovated, friendly staff, comfy beds. A ten minute walk away from Valkenburg s tourist area.
