It's quite convenient, and the kids loved the pool. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy at night being next to the street, but otherwise, everything was fine.

✅ Booked a family room for 3 people, stayed for 1 night. The room was great, just the right size for the three of us. It came fully equipped with a fridge, safe, hairdryer, coffee set, and one bottle of water. It was very convenient, especially since the toilet was separate from the shower area – I really loved that feature!
✅ The staff provided excellent service. We arrived before check-in time, but they found an available room for us so we could check-in early. They welcomed us with a bright and cheerful smile.

Hotel itself was okay but trip.com i am not happy with i am extremely disappointed and they are very misleading the room I booked and the image showing on the website is not the room I got when I got there. Hotel manager also confirmed trip.com is advertising the wrong room on their website as few other people had the same issue. I paid for a superior room as I was traveling with my two sons and needed a bigger room I got a small standard room. So I paid more for the superior and got a standard. I have asked for the difference and the inconvenience caused and I am still waiting for a response.

This hotel is great for families with kids, thanks to its swimming pool. The breakfast spread is also extensive. Its location is super convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and the metro – it's just a 5-minute walk to the station!

We absolutely loved the hotel. It was especially comfortable for families with children, and the location was fantastic. Our sheets and room were cleaned daily. The shower had hot water and all the necessary amenities. The small play area in the lobby downstairs made the hotel even more enjoyable for kids. Thank you for everything 🙏
