Clean and spacious rooms with museums, buss stops and a grocery store right around the corner.
The staff is friendly and very helpful and explained to me what buss I should take to get where I wanted no problem.
The stairs up to the higher floor are pretty steep though and the walls between the rooms aren’t exactly sound proof, but if that’s not an issue for you I highly recommend this hotel.

Just an amazing place! The location is perfect for a tourist, there are museums and places of interest around, an interior is very retro and inspiring, the staff is very nice, easy going and friendly. And the rooms are tidy and cozy. Highest recommendation! Thank you, Verdi team!

The hotel is good located near Van Gogh Museum and Vondelpark, a train station ist close to it. It was quite and I could get good sleep. It was clean, the staff is very, very friendly and helpful, breakfast for 8 Euro is a good deal, I would stay there again.

5/5 stars, I decided on staying for one night after reading many reviews and I'm glad I did.
Friendly staff, great location when it comes to public transport but still a quiet enough street to get some good sleep.
Stayed in the single room on the second floor, room felt bigger than seen on the website due to the high ceiling.
Last but not least everything was clean and comfy. Would recommend!

Great location close to the two museums. Staff is very friendly (speak Dutch, English and Japanese) helpful to plan the tour in the city. The room I stayed was very clean and tidy:)
Shampoos/body soaps run out but we’re not refilled… A noise from the street (Friday night) did not help to get a good sleep.

Great location just a block from the Museum Plein. Clean, price includes breakfast. Very narrow beds. Cats.

It's an awesome place. We really enjoyed our stay here. People are kind and friendly. The location is close to the centrum and all the most important museums are nearby, so it's great for tourists. I would definitely recommend staying here. Greetings from Poland! :)

Lovely staff and in the Hart of Amsterdam.
It's quiet and a lovely building.
Breakfast is included but rather basic.
Tolets are rather odd but they work.
But all in all a great stay and would book again!

It's a cute small hotel with friendly staff and really a good location: very close to Van Gogh museum and The Rijksmuseum. Our room was small, but very clean and tidy and the mattresses and blankets were incredibly soft. It's also rather quiet there despite the fact that it's so close to tourist places, so one can have a good sleep there. They also serve breakfast there. Really a nice place, we consider staying there again during our future trips to Amsterdam.

A very friendly staff, including Mona, the cat ( if I understand her name ...) , spacious room, clean, good breakfast , near Museum Plein and public transport and for those who speaks Japanese, that's ok too!
