Lovelly service, the staff on the reception were very pleasant and welcoming. Everything was clean and functioned. The shower was awesome and I feel like I need to come back just for that. Location was good. No issues at all, it was great.

The letter O room has a excellent view from the room. It made being away from family on Christmas day a lot easier to handle. We took the ferry over, it is just a short walk from there.

Hotel was very far from the ferry terminal. This was known when I booked the hotel so no fault of the hotel just that if you are booking here, it will take you 15-20 mins to get to the ferry terminal to take F2 ferry to Amsterdam Centraal. The free ferry goes directly to Central Station, which is super convenient for sightseeing. Plus, the hotel rooms are quite spacious, and the breakfast is pretty good, especially compared to other hotels in the Netherlands.

The location is super good as it is right next to the main train station and can access the trains and tubes smoothly. However, I saw a big silverfish when I just came in the room, so be careful for the cleaning.

Super close to the main station  you can even hear the announcement of the station. The room is small as you know Ibis. And the staff a bit rude.

Hotel was a bit out of the way but within the boundaries of Amsterdam travel ticket, with the ability to use all forms of public transport, similar to an Oystercard but lasts for 24 hours.

The hotel is conveniently located near a commercial area with plenty of dining and entertainment options, including movie theaters. It's also close to the train and bus stations, making transportation easy. The room itself was bright and comfortable.

the hotel is in a great location if you arrive by long-distance bus. The hotel rooms are small, but the hotel is beautiful, modern and clean, receptionist super nice. Maybe I give a minus point for the bed, which gave us a little back pain after 3 nights. However, for the price, it's great.

Great location near a bus and train station. Big common areas with a kitchen that is very convenient to cook meals. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful, specially Martin at the reception who did a wonderful job. Overall a great experience. To improve: add more kitchen ware like tupperwares, bowls, sharp knives and add an exercise room to the hotel for it to be perfect.

Jaz in the City is a modern, cool/hip music-themed hotel next to the Ziggo Dome and 5 mins walk from Bijlma Arena (station, shopping area, stadium). The hotel room was very clean, and although the facilities were a bit dated, they were all in good working order. The room layout, however, was quite peculiar. There was a glass partition between the bed and the shower, with newspaper plastered on the glass. The place is close to the bus, train station. It is just walking distance to the flix bus station, too. The area is quiet and generally look safe. There is only a kettle and doesn’t have a place to cook. Will definitely choose again if I have to travel by FlixBus in the late at night.

I have stayed here twice before. This time is my third time and there’s a reason for that. Although it’s not in central Amsterdam, it’s got everything we needed. It is a quiet hotel that is affordable. The staff at checkin were very accommodating, allowing us access to the room a few hrs before the official checkin time. The room itself was decent – spacious and well-equipped. However, there was no deadbolt on the door, and the walls seemed to be thin partitions, so soundproofing wasn't great. On the other hand, the price was incredibly good. For this price point, being so close to the Sloterdijk transport hub for metro and train was very convenient for getting around. The location is convenient, close to the train station. You can take a local train from the central station in the city center, and it's just one stop. It's about a 7-minute walk to the hotel from there. It's a hostel-like accommodation, so the facilities are quite basic. The washing area and beds are separate. There's a common room where you can get water, play table tennis, and socialize.

The room was not as nice as the photos suggested. The room had no kettle, fridge or bin. Only option was a paper cup and water from the sink. The kettle and bin in particular felt like basics that were missing.

The location of the hotel is good in terms of safety and accessibility as there is a nearby tram (5 mins walk) which made it convenient to explore the city. The room itself was quite tight in space, the bathroom didn’t have that good a ventilation so after a warm shower it felt like I was melting. But all in all, you get what you pay for.

As I was solo traveller and booked from trip.com.i was alone and was supposed to pay city tax for single person..but they said there are two beds so u have to pay for two people,this was really unfair to pya city tax by one person for two people whereby other person doesnot exist or not presnet..so for me it was not good experience and the behaviour of receptionist was not good..

a very tiny room, yet completely satisfactory in every way. no wasted space. staff was more than helpful - one of the employees toasted me a cheese sandwich for dinner one night when i had no energy left to go out to eat. another helped me to order a pizza for delivery on my second day. the place is exactly as advertised - proximity to transit is a definite plus. i would gladly stay there again

The bar was never open to the public as a bar instead you had to buy drinks from the bar which was very limited. The gym, sunbathing area and outside area were not open to the public.
