I used a voucher once to get a sparkling juice from the 2nd-floor bar. **Problem:** Replenishing essential supplies was inconsistent. The tissue box wasn't refilled when I checked in, with only a few tissues left

**Transportation:** There are several train, metro, and bus options nearby. Given how punctual public transport is in the Netherlands, it's very easy to plan your sightseeing. All stations are within a few minutes' walk

The second floor has a lovely, comfortable lounge area and a bar with a somewhat 'creative/cultural' aesthetic in its decor. In spring, there's a direct bus to Keukenhof from the bus plaza below the hotel

Again, the Southeast Asian staff weren't as enthusiastic and didn't greet me as readily, whereas the European staff were equally pleasant to everyone. The restaurant is on the 17th floor with great views

Great hotel for a good price. Great atmosphere and friendly staff ?? Right next to tram and metro, so about 20 minutes from the airport. Good gym, bar and common areas.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but that wasn’t an issue at all since the train station is right next door. We were able to reach the hotel from Amsterdam Central Station in just about 20 minutes

Our room was spacious and featured a large window with a great view. The bathroom was also impressively large, clean, and had excellent water pressure. We particularly loved the natural fragrance of the soaps provided

Clean room and good services. While not near city center, Metro is just next to the hotel connecting to several transport hubs. You can find supermarkets and cafes nearby.

Lovelly service, the staff on the reception were very pleasant and welcoming. Everything was clean and functioned. The shower was awesome and I feel like I need to come back just for that. No issues at all, it was great

It’s right next to a bus stop so really easy to get to anywhere in Amsterdam. Not far from Amsterdam Airport as well. Staff is really polite and serve amazing breakfast

Stayed at NH Amsterdam Zuid and it was a really comfortable and convenient choice, especially for getting around the city

The staff was outstanding especially the bartender for making me a special drink a few times because I wasn't feeling well. They were all so accommodating and gracious!

The room itself is pretty good. While the transportation isn't the best, it's still not far from the city center. They provide 2 free bottles of mineral water

I booked this hotel for its convenient location, allowing me to easily catch the 852 Garden Bus to Keukenhof to see the tulips

The breakfast, however, was excellent with a wide variety and high-quality options, absolutely no complaints there. The room itself wasn't very big, but you can ask the front desk for slippers if you need them

Due to tulip season and a few concurrent exhibitions, the room rate was double the usual price, which made the value for money a bit disappointing

HMy stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable, starting with its excellent environment that made me feel relaxed right away

He went out of his way to find us, driving around three times when we got lost, but he still came to pick us up with a warm smile the whole time. He even helped us carry our luggage, which made us feel really cared for

We had a comfortable, clean room for 4 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are super friendly, and the service is perfect. There is a free shuttle to the city center, and you can be there in 10 minutes.

Stayed here for two nights. The staff here is super nice, rooms are clean and spacious. Loved the location- near all the bars and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a huge letdown so I would recommend to skip it.

Room size was smaller than advertised.  Glass door with openings between room and toilet.  This means u can hear and see the lights through it. No restaurants or grocery shop nearby.  One needs to take a metro for it

Good location, just 70m from Overamstel metro..hotel room was clean and quiet, view from window is great, can see the canal.

The subway is right across the street. There's a mini-fridge and an iron. The cleaning staff's attitude was so-so, and the overall service staff could use more training. Everything else was alright.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Central Station, making travel very convenient. You can easily walk to the old town. The staff are all very friendly and polite

However, on the train, I encountered a very enthusiastic female thief, so everyone beware! The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the station. The front desk quickly handled check-in

Transiting through Amsterdam Airport, getting to the hotel from the airport was very convenient – just take the train to Central Station

Great hotel and great service good people. The mini shop is a rip off though €5 for a packet of crisps but hey no one is forcing you to buy from there. I mean sort of the nearest shops are a long walk so come prepared

the hotel is quite new from its outlook. location is OK for Intercity train. for Uber or Taxi, it was not convenience as the car was not allowed to drive in and drop off next to the hotel entrance

The hotel room r is clean but not nook and cranny clean so expect to see some dirt in plug sockets or hard to reach places etc. Sheets and bedding very clean mattress think was brand new

The room was a bit odd and noise, as the room door has a big gap that I can see the light from outside the lobby, just I was OK as the room of my stay was quite far away from the lift

We didn’t take advantage of the rooftop in the evening but they did have a rooftop cinema evening which seemed cool whilst the breakfast also was very good

Good hotel, and definitely a great option in Amsterdam (especially in West) when it comes to value for money. They also have a good breakfast buffet.

Location is not good, hair dryer keep automatically off after 10 seconds, we requested a hair dryer without response, we went to reception next day morning, hotel responded no extra hair dryer

However, the parking fee and city tax were outrageously expensive; parking alone was 30 Euros per day, and the city tax was 100 RMB daily, which felt quite excessive

Our executive room was spacious and very clean. It offered good views, and the staff were excellent. The mattress was incredibly comfortable too

We had a comfortable stay in Marriot, the room was spacious and the location was close to every where, the service was great as well

Just spent two nights there and this is my third time staying at Mövenpick Amsterdam. As always, everything is excellent, from the greetings when you walked in, easy check in, the lobby very spacious and clean

I’m not sure if we were upgraded, but my family stayed on the 12th floor and the view was absolutely stunning. The room and overall space were wonderful—clean, spacious, and even more beautiful than we expected

The location is pretty good, not far from the central station, though it still takes about 15-20 minutes to walk. There's a bike rental shop downstairs (open until 6 PM). The room cleanliness was decent, tidy and neat

My children loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave. Sitting on the sofa and looking out over the river, watching boats pass by, gave me a peaceful feeling that reminded me of my hometown

Only small issue that it can get really busy during peak season and lifts take 2-3 mins to arrive. Breakfast if you eat too late spills out of the main dining area. Best to eat breakfast before 8am

The hotel seems to be New. It is very clean. Just 10 minutes walking from the boat, in front of Amsterdan Central. The breakfast is fantastic.

I enjoyed the scenery along the way, and it was a bonus to catch a rowing competition happening on the Amstel River – quite a sight! The hotel's room service was excellent, and housekeeping was always prompt

The hotel amenities was surprisely good. We enjoy our upgraded room and a welcome drink. We can left our luggages for 2 days during our short trip to Giethrone

The letter O room has a excellent view from the room. It made being away from family on Christmas day a lot easier to handle. We took the ferry over, it is just a short walk from there.

Good check-in desk staff, Room was good, bed was fantastic, not to soft so you feel stuck but not to solid that it hurts to move. Toilet was a bit acquired with the sink handing half over the toilet

This property is so unique and definitely worth staying at. We stayed in the B room. The ferry was so convenient and ran till 2am.

Excellent hotel, a little away from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. Great view from the corner room. Very decent breakfast. Friendly staff. You can buy a 24/48-hour travel pass at the hotel.

Smallest room among all my rooms booked for my Europe trip. Otherwise location is super good, just right beside of Amsterdam train station

The location is super good as it is right next to the main train station and can access the trains and tubes smoothly. However, I saw a big silverfish when I just came in the room, so be careful for the cleaning.

Location is great, just a short walk from the Amsterdam Centraal train station, staffs were friendly, room is clean and tidy, except a little tight in space, breakfast is nice, basic hotel, limited facilities.........

Good cheap option for a blast in the Dam but next time we visit we’ll spend a few £££ more for something a bit less basic

Hotel ibis Amsterdam Center is located in the city center of Amsterdam, right next to Central Station and only a 10-minute walk to Dam Square

The hotel is not in central but it is still very convenient. The hotel is modern and the room is very good. High value for money. They have a sky bar and restaurant on 19/F, which are also recommended.

Under Amsterdam's twinkling canals, I stumbled into Hotel Okura, weary from cobblestone wanderings. The lobby gleamed like a golden age dream—marble floors, crystal chandeliers whispering opulence

The executive lounge room type was incredibly affordable. We could grab a soft drink before heading out and upon returning, and they even offered free Japanese beer and some snacks

I thought the breakfast at the lounge in the mornings was quite good too – perfect for a quick bite if you can't make it to regular breakfast. Plus, the lounge view was fantastic! 👍

Room service arrived: stroopwafels, bitterballen, and champagne fizzing like fireworks. Instead, a random jazz playlist from the spa radio lured me to the rooftop bar. Stars, Amstel lights, a stranger's flirtatious laugh

The facilities were perfect, and unlike most places in Europe where you pay for everything, this hotel provided a complimentary still water and a sparkling water bottle daily
