They did not link my stay to Platinum membership. Even though they have created new membership account without asking me. Location is perfect, the team is nice and helpful, the environment is perfect! But the window curtains don’t block the sunlight well, especially in the early morning, which means people who are sensitive to sleeping in light might feel some discomfort.

NH is a clean hotel, not overly fancy, but, the staff are wonderful, and it's a nice quiet place. There is shopping and restaurants nearby, and a walk to the ferry is about 15 minutes to downtown!

Great option if you have less budget but want to be close to the city. Convenient free shuttle to the ferry (24/7). Rooms are clean and spacious. We had a corner room with a balcony and a bathtub. So we could comfortably relax after a long day of walking. Thank you NH Noord team!

We had a comfortable, clean room for 4 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are super friendly, and the service is perfect. There is a free shuttle to the city center, and you can be there in 10 minutes.

The subway is right across the street. There's a mini-fridge and an iron. The cleaning staff's attitude was so-so, and the overall service staff could use more training. Everything else was alright.

Room size was smaller than advertised.  Glass door with openings between room and toilet.  This means u can hear and see the lights through it. No restaurants or grocery shop nearby.  One needs to take a metro for it.  The hotel restaurant food is pathetic.  Staff was nice I would say expensive for the payment .

The room amenities only include a 3-in-1 body wash/shampoo. The location is quite remote; the nearest station is a 15-20 minute walk away. I'd only recommend it if you have plenty of commute time each day.

The hotel amenities was surprisely good. We enjoy our upgraded room and a welcome drink. We can left our luggages for 2 days during our short trip to Giethrone. The location was a bit isolated from everything but Bolt and Uber help make transportation easy for us. We enjoy our stay there

I was in Amsterdam for work at RAI and the hotel was a pleasant 25-minute walk away. I enjoyed the scenery along the way, and it was a bonus to catch a rowing competition happening on the Amstel River – quite a sight! The hotel's room service was excellent, and housekeeping was always prompt. The restaurant was also clean and hygienic.
