Rembrandt Square Boat Hotel

This is a scam dont go here they didnt even check if we were at the wrong hotel until after we checked out, silly guy with the long hair took my little sisters handbag forcefully which is theft, which meant alot to her, he demanded 800 british pounds for 3 nights stay, the rooms were not touched throughout our stay by cleaners and was completely self catering, Pathetic little threats saying how he was going to throw our passport and all our belongings into the canel and said we'd have to stay and earn him money... Hes dodgey and said hed rather go to prison than give my sisters bag back. absolutely fuming he never to the silly key to his room which of he wants he can find in the canel which he threatened to throw are belongings...

Disgusting service the owner threatened and stole my handbag the room was poorly cleaned never had such a bad experience hope nobody else has to experience it and the horrible owner didn’t even think about taking the room key off me before he stole my bag.
