unique place to stay clean. access to kayaks and nice host

Comfortable and spacious with very friendly managers! It's a great option for groups. The only downside is that the subway is a 20 minute walk - at least - so it's not very central. The walk is very pleasant through a dog-filled park so if you don't mind walking, it's not too much of an issue.

A really great floating holiday home.
2 rooms in the basement (already cool because 2/3 of them are under water) each with a double bed, optionally a cot and small mattresses are available.
Above that, an open floor plan with living room and kitchen, kept very airy with huge windows.
And the porch is right next to the dock so it's only 3 steps to swim or paddle on the canal.
The area is very nice, to the north there is a great street with 2 cafes and a small church, there is a lot of greenery around the canal and thanks to the marina you always see great boats going in and out.
We had a great time there, the somewhat longer walk to the ferries/metro in the city center can be fixed with personal bicycles, there are also rental companies who deliver the bikes to the house.

Very nice location. You can jump straight into the water or take a boat ride. The houseboat is modern and very clean.

Quiet and relaxing stay in Amsterdam Noord. Accommodation provided with all facilities. Relax on the water.
