Recently we visited this place with our Fellowship of the Ring crew – there were about 10 of us today. We came during lunch hours. I ordered the Upark burger but I have to admit I was really disappointed. The fries and salad were okay, but there's no point in commenting on them when the main dish – the burger itself – was completely messed up. What I got in the bun shouldn't even be called a burger. I've had much better ones many times at Etcafé. Especially considering €20 for the meal. The staff was super sweet and really nice. The setting/ambiance is wonderful, but the food was just average. Luckily I didn't have to pay for it myself. Kind regards!

Highly recommend the U Parkhotel for any visit to Twente Uni or even Enschede (an hour walk away). The staff, presumably all students were welcoming and very friendly. The room was very comfortable with modern fittings, a minimalist feel and large windows overlooking the university campus. The food at the restaurant was good, particularly the breakfast which had a lot of options to choose from although the same every morning.

The only issue is rooms are chilly and don't really get warm.
It did not only happen to me, all of my friends had the same issue with their rooms.
I would give 2-3 stars just because of this.
However, the kitchen and service staff was lovely and they helped me a lot for my allergies.
I had no health problem thanks to them.
Thats why I give 4 stars.

Hallo , i checked in The UPark Hotel 15 Minutes ago, I Booked a Panorama room with bathtub and when I arrived I found no bathtub… and the Hotel Management was extremely Bad and with Negative Reaction regarding my Problem… and they Said its the fault of the Hotel and they have no Solution for my concern…the attitude at the reception was also rude, So i paid Almost 180 Euros to get Bad Attitude and careless Hotel Management . I want my Money back because I didnt get the Quality I asked for.

Very comfortable, modern hotel with great-looking and freshly renovated interior. Room is super comfy, very spacious, bathroom is big and equipped with all necessary amenities. Big TV screen, great view through panoramic window. There are only few rooms per floor which makes even more comfortable. Breakfast is really good with great selection of food and very spacious dining hall. Parking is big enough to accommodate all cars. Location is in the center of UT campus, very green and full of nature around, feels like being located in the middle of a park. There are some shops nearby with a grocery store, subway restaurant and some others.

I booked this room for an academic conference. The room was very clean, and the hotel being located right inside the University of Twente was incredibly convenient. The breakfast was also excellent, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and welcoming.
