Spacious rooms, but they're ok. They charge high prices just to give you the cheapest amenities. I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel with cheaper one ply toilet paper. Someone must've gone out of their way to fine the roughest toilet paper that the Netherlands has to offer.
Huge room, but no full body length mirror. Just one mirror in the whole room. The internet barely works, TV kept saying no signal every 10 minutes and would turn off. There's no nightlight, only one big lamp, no USB charging ports.

The hotel structure is beautiful, the restaurant and bar are cosy.There is akso a small swummingpool and saunas.
But the hotel is located outside of the city centre and the rooms have an awful view on commetcial buoldings.
Terrible experiemce with one of the receptionist who showed no signs of being service minded.

Was here for a meeting. Had a small lunch before the meeting which tasted good. Didn't make use of the rooms so can't judge that but overall the lobby and restaurant looked attractive so I assume the rooms meet the same standard.

Lovely Hotel. Nice concept for family getaway. Beautiful lobby to hangout.
The room is very spacious and comfortable.
We arrived at night and all looked beautiful. In the morning you could see that the bathroom was not thoroghly cleaned. Found hair from precious guest, dust in corners and dirty tile grout.

I stayed here for a few nights whilst on a business trip to a nearby german town across the border. I was told to pay extra for breakfast although I have booked this stay with my company travel agent with normally would have included breakfast in the rate. The room was spacious and the bathroom was also big with both shower and bath. On the second day the housekeeping took away my bar of soap but did t replenish it so I was forced to use the shower gel. Not a big issue but they should be more careful. Also there is no kettle in the room, only a small coffee machine which can also be used to get some hot water but it is not as effectively as a traditional kettle. No mugs provided except for really small disposable cups, not ideal for making tea in the room. The room was quiet but the aircon was not powerful enough to generate any cooling air during the hot summer days.

In general thos hotel chain is a good value. Some of them are better than others. The Enschede hotel is older and the restaurant was nearly as nice as others weve stayed in.
