For us the location was perfect - on the 17 Tramline for easy access to the centre, to Scheveningen and to our friends living locally. The staff when on duty were charming and helpful but reception is not staffed at all times. It is important to make sure the key cards you receive work all the necessary doors (one of ours did not work the critical House B front door). Very comfortable bed, spacious room which sadly was not in the corner building overlooking the circle but faced the main road. For some, the noise of trams early in the morning (6am onwards) would be annoying in which case ask for a room at the back. It didn't bother us. Lots of good cafes nearby for breakfast and restaurants also for dinner. It would be good if the hotel offered fresh milk as well as/instead of powder creamer for tea/coffee in the rooms as there are fridges in the room and downstairs in the common room,

Location - this location is near the peace palace. They have a laundry machine and that is helpful if your on holiday for an extended time. There are several nice restaurants near.
Pro tip - rent their bike and ride to the pier for dinner.

Nice, practical rooms in the middle of the vibrant Zeeheldenkwartier with great restaurants and cafes in walking distance.

Nice location, the room is on the top floor, no view, no elevator. The place around the hotel is lovely and the atmosphere is very cool and cosy. It the rest is poor.

This was exactly what I needed for a short work stay in The Hague. It is very clean and simple with the right touch of charm and the price is just right. Location is excellent too, centrally located near cute eateries and shops. I would come again and recommend.

I enjoyed staying here. It was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed, friendly staff, great air conditioning, a nice suite, and even a tiny little balcony. What was not so good was the bed had a topper which moved in the night, slipping to one side. Apart from a few snacks, there is no food in the hotel itself, but it's available across the road and down the street, so that was fine with us. Finally, the stairs. Typically, Dutch properties are tall and narrow with steep, twisting stairs. Our room 27 was on the 3rd, top floor. Carrying luggage was difficult and exhausting. Walking down was also troublesome because the steps are narrow and steep. It's a heritage property, so there is no lift. If anyone has mobility issues or big cases, I'd recommend asking for a lower floor. Photographs attached. Please understand The Hague is expensive for hotels, eating out etc.

Nothing to complain about, friendly staff and very clean. Parking difficult. No Breakfast but plenty of options nearby Beding neat and comfy. Perhaps a gel. Most rooms.do not have low mobilty Access. Please check.

Terrible time table for the staff, from 9 am till 7 pm and before and after that the computer apps are supposed to take over. There's no reception after 7 pm, so if you leave your luggage because you are too early (you can only check in after 3 pm !! to check in, be sure to be on time, otherways no luggage. The speaker - system on the front door is no help, it's a helpdesk far away. And every door opens only with a computer signal , provided in a mail you receive somewhere in the afternoon, and not immediately visible in the mail message. No keys or cards, this is another digital step which helps no one, but eliminates the staff after 7 pm. I definitely prefer somebody in the reception area, like I found in all the other hotels i visited this year (Paris, Luxemburg, Corfu, ...). These annoyances ruined a perfectly good experience in The Hague. Philip Gyssels Belgium

The hotel was very very beautiful from the outside to begin with. The staff were incredibly lovely when I walked in and spoke perfect English. The parking provided for €19 was about two minutes away from the hotel. Rooms are set in three different sections of the buildings. We were in building B on the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and had amazing floor to ceiling windows. We really liked the autonomous coffee bar where you could serve yourself a number of coffees.

The room certainly isn't as perfect as it looked on the website. The bathroom, for instance could very much use updating. I very much struggled to get clean in the shower, the power was awful. The location of the hotel is not near to the beach and you will need to get the tram into the hague beach area. All in all the hotel was nice but don't be fooled into thinking its as beautiful as the photos. I also do believe that the hotel was not entirely worth its value as it was quite expensive.

Great location, good rooms and excellent service - they really took care of my older relatives. Highly recommended
