The hotel itself was clean and the room was comfortable, but my experience was ruined by one unpleasant incident. After coming back from work, I noticed my phone earphones, which I had left under the pillow, were missing.

At the reception, they said the cleaner might have accidentally taken them with the bed sheets to the laundry. A few days later, they still hadn’t found them. I only got a “sorry,” but an apology doesn’t replace what was lost.

I already knew I wouldn’t get my earphones back, but it’s disappointing that the hotel didn’t take any responsibility or offer compensation.

Can't find any more hotels with queen beds only 2 beds chasing the mattresses all night. Also can't find business hotels any more when you are for business you need to have an open check out.

From the outside, it doesn't look like a hotel but more like a large residential apartment building . But it is a very nice hotel with friendly helpful staff.

The room was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet ok.

There is a safe bicycle storage in a garage

The reception staff are friendly and happy to assist. However, the property is dated and frequented by workmen. Breakfast an average affair at best. The property is not in central Terneuzen. I stayed in a more expensive room, but this was rather average. Mostly clean, but not brimming with confidence. A/C was patchy and noisy. Plenty of parking around the hotel. For what you get, you wind up paying a lot, but this is one of four hotels in Terneuzen, so there are not that many options. I will try a different one if I return.

Bathroom stinks really bad. Really, really bad. Staff is rude snd unhelpful. They start renovating your room when you're inside. Some workers just randomly walk inside hour room while you're sleeping. Manager as a solution offers that you sleep in 2 bedroom apartment instead of 3 bedroom that you paid for. If you want to have pleasant stay, keep as far away from this "hotel" as possible

reception desk very good.
Personnel at reception desk very helpful. Evening meals and breakfast service not up to 3 star standard. Service at room makeup each day lacking in replacements.

I have stayed over a month in this hotel. The stuff is extremely helpful and nice, I am very thankful for that. On the other hand the walls are very thin so I could oft not get a good night sleep. My bed was really uncomfortable, hygenie is very questionnable for my taste. I could not recommend this hotel for a longer stay.
