Convenient location.
Reasonable price
No hair dryer.
No air conditioning so had to sleep with the windows open but it was very loud downtown - not something the hotel can control.

The location was great, short walk to the harbour, shops all around, the staff was friendly, could leave bags before check in, small kitchenette included for basic meal prep. Bathroom is small and not for everyone but we made do for the two nights we were there. Can’t complain for the price and location.

Bad experience. Mosquitos were in the room. Kitchenette but no utensils only two cups, two tea spoons and two glasses. Not dish liquid or tea towel. No side tables for the bed. Lift was not working properly. It Was going up and down for a while but would not stop.

I stayed at this hotel for several weeks. The $350 per week deal for longer stays is really great for backpackers. The rooms are small but perfectly fine for sleeping. A kitchen is available if you book it; kitchen utensils can be borrowed from reception. The staff is generally friendly. However, I found the bathroom awful, and some things were loose at times. Overall, it’s worth the money for people who mainly just need a place to sleep.

The hotel's location is convenient; you can walk to the Sky Tower, and there are many restaurants nearby.

Centrally located in an uphill location. A bit of challenge if you have problem walking uphill. But overall a good place to sleep and take a quick shower in the center area on a budget.

Location convenient for food and attractions. There is a balcony whereby you can see a better view of the city.

I had a nice stay. The room is cosy, with great view from 14th floor, equipped with fridge, boiler, microwave and breakfast tools. It's a bit small and has little space to put or hang stuff. Location is very convenient in the heart of CBD, didn't hear any noise at night.

Awful meal, ordered risotto which was so oily it was swimming in it. Poorly presented. Didn’t taste like a traditional risotto. Would not eat there again.

Staff forgot to smile; who wants to work during Xmas! Apart from that, red curry felt like it had raw chicken, and carrots were stale. The fish is recommended (saved the day!)
Not worth the $$. I've eaten better at the alley ways!

If you want to wasting your money and time, go this horrible place.

Food delicious, both subtle and spicy. Lovely relaxed place for a good value lunch.

We paid above average prices for dishes that tasted like they came from a cheap Chinese restaurant. Admittedly we accidentally got two stir-fry style dishes because our server, who seemed like she was new, goofed up our order, so maybe the curries or other dishes are better.
