It could have been so much better. Cobwebs and a little tired definitely not loved. Three of us stayed in the family room and although another towel was supplied had to ask for another cup and glass. A great shame it didn't have nice sheets. The one redeeming factor was the lovely young girl that met us at the reception. Won't go again.

The room was so hot and no air con or fan for the room , pictures show two beds in room but you have to pay extra for using the other bed this was not informed when booking. No table to place bags down and tea and coffee station on a very wobbly table. Multiple multi box's used under the bed which a bit of a fire hazard. What upset me the most was the notes all over the room advising what we couldn't do and even a price list of how much it would cost if something got broken. Breakfast however was okay bacon and eggs extra with the bacon being well over cooked

I was greeted by the friendly staff. Loved the old fashioned decor of the hotel. Will come back for sure!! a little gem in the central Auckland!!!

The rooms are not serviced daily, they did not make bed or change towels or clean bathrooms. I had a group booking of 8 rooms and when we returned late at night we had to park on the main room. Parking is limited but there was no information on the website telling you this. The orient room, the fridge seal was broken so we could not chill food or water and they were very small. The walls are not sound proof so you can hear plumbing and neighbours snoring next door. There is no lift so you have to be fit to carry your luggage to room. They charge standard hotel pricing at 4 to 5 star but a rip off. Tea and coffee is supplied however they some of our rooms were not fully supplied and they did not replenish daily. Again the room service very poor for the price. The some of the rooms were adequate in terms of space. Orient bathroom was very small so not suited if you are a big person or privacy could be an issue of sharing with someone else. Location is near shops, groceries, restaurants but expensive as an upmarket area of Auckland.

A bit disappointed not to stay in the nice house but to be placed in the small motel next door, outdated bathroom and no airconditioning on the hotest day was not good. Decided not to stay the night

Cute old building. Huge room with great big windows! When we first arrived our room wasn't ready, there were no sheets on the bed. They told us they we're still in the wash and would be brought over as soon as they we're done, which wasn't very long. The parking is also tricky. It's a tight driveway with minimal spaces. Not huge issues it's just nice to be aware before you arrive.

The hotel, recommended by a client, is a bit far from Queenstown's city center, requiring two train or bus transfers. Getting a transportation card and topping it up made travel convenient and helped me familiarize myself with their daily transportation. The hotel is said to be over a hundred years old; the structure is a bit dated, but the interior decor is fine. It has a small refrigerator and plenty of hot water. The manager was very talkative and friendly.

Spacious carpark. No aircon/fan. Had to leave the windows open but there are bugs flying around. Dilemma. No lift to the 2nd floor, require to carry luggage up the stairs. Just sufficient for a quick night stay. Outdated furnitures, requires upgrade. Self check out in the morning.

Would not recommend. Pizza was average but thats not the reason you dont go here. The place was dirty, crawling with ants and very bare. they had no menus to look at other than a small menu on the counter with no pricing on them. The dudes there were coughing & hacking up a storm and shouldn't really have been anywhere near food that day. Food hygiene was very sub par.

Amazing customer service and excellent pizzas! Two of my children needed the bathroom and staff were very accommodating to us. Great people and the most amazing pizzas!!!

Fast and easy to get to and located next door to the fire department! A small place to eat at a tall table. Good for delivery and pick up. Lots of people in the area keeps this business busy!

Pizza is nice and the staff are friendly enough but, my god, they have some kind of weird issue with getting the sauce right. Every time I go there, they've gotten the sauce wrong. It's not a huge deal but it's just so strange how they constantly get that wrong. It's not hard at all. Just read pay attention to the order.

Too lazy. It's the only good place in Remuera and they just don't try very hard. Ignored for most of the night - desperate to order food and drinks we observed not one or two but the entire wait staff hanging around chatting with their backs to the customers for lengthy periods.

We had to get up from the table to prise them from their social life.

The menu hasn't changed much since they first took heavy inspiration from Al Brown's Depot (seriously. I sent him a tweet when I first went! And I never do that.). And do they care for customers who don't want to kill animals for food? No, no they don't. Some of us vegetarian types don't want to eat pizza dough also by the way so stop fobbing us off on f*ing vegetarian pizza.

it was average, it is very confusing as the witness are very pushy on what we should be eating and the trolley doesn't stop at every table, there is no uniform as well. so I don't know who to make order and what is a customer. But it is cheaper than other Yum Chi place.

Food is okay, but staff will force you to get their food without asking. Wouldn't recommend people to go there.there is a lot of good yum cha place with cheaper price and better services
