The hygiene was absolutely terrible! There were cockroaches crawling on the bed!!! For an otherwise decent hotel, this is a huge negative!
Also, whatever it was, the air conditioning or the ventilation system in the room would make a loud noise every two minutes in the middle of the night, which really disturbed my sleep!
Overall, I can only give a bad review!

Thanks to the incredibly enthusiastic staff. If I ever go back, I would definitely stay here again. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was really great that there was someone at the front desk who could speak Chinese to assist us. Thank you so much!

The hotel is conveniently located next to a vintage tram stop, making it easy to get around. The twin room beds were quite small, and beds abroad tend to be softer in general. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great; you could hear the toilet flushing next door.

On a business trip, the hotel's location was fantastic, right in the city center, very close to the Church Square and the New Regent Street. The room was small but comfortable, and the facilities were quite good. The surrounding views were also lovely. Overall, I had a great impression of the hotel.

Booked for three nights at 1704/night. The location is excellent, right next to the tram's starting point and across from Regent Street, which is a lively bar street. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the bathroom is spacious, with a separate shower and a large bathtub. Breakfast was just average and not great value for money. The price on Trip.com was on the higher side.

Everything here reflects the price, and overall it offers good value. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and clean, which made the stay comfortable. The front desk staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Poor diet and drink options, no sauna as advertised, no bath as expected in room - appreciated the change of room and breakfast but very poor selection of sweet breakfast option.

The location is incredibly convenient. The tram starting point is right next door, and it's just a two-minute walk to the Cathedral Square, which is currently undergoing restoration. The city center and the Cardboard Cathedral are also within walking distance.
The room is very well-equipped. It has a capsule coffee machine, and all the toiletries are labeled as New Zealand-made. Plus, the bathroom even has a heated towel rail, and the TV comes with paid sports channels – this is a step above most international chain hotels.
The front desk staff are all very friendly, and there's even a Chinese-speaking employee. They were all enthusiastic and helpful in answering any questions I had.
