Large room in an older style hotel situated on Christchurch's central green areas and walking distance to botanical Gardens. Mine hosts and staff are polite, friendly and helpful. We extended our stay we liked it so much

Room was a little dated, but had everything we needed. The shower was hot and great at the end of a day of exploring. Easy drive to Westfield shopping centre and town centre. Across from the Botanical gardens for a walk.

We stayed two nights, found it clean and convenient with everything we needed, just a little tired. We enjoyed the walk through Hagley Park to the city centre.

Location was excellent to Hagley Park (walking) and to Cafe/Restaurants/Shopping (Riccarton Mall). Didn't need to use our car. Could do with a wee spruce up. But, then tariffs would increase. Good value at present for the tariff charged

When I checked in, the staff kindly provided a map of the area and explained it to me. The hotel is located in front of a park, so it was nice to be able to take a walk in the morning. There was also an oven and microwave in the room, so I was able to heat up items I bought at the store. Thank you very much.

It was average. Big but old. Room was not cleaned very well and smelt of smoke. It was ok but I won’t come again

Second time I've stayed here. First visit couldn't fault. This visit Requested a room with a balcony when I booked three weeks ago. This did not occur Early check in as I was going to the cricket. Could not do Issues with the tv and not getting the channel I wanted Spa bath - did not work Lying in the bath, looking at the toilet from under the eye line. Totally discusting, big build up of unclean scum...

No one manning reception till spot on 3pm, multiple other Travellers all lining up . Seems I was upgraded to a very spacious room. The usual hotel/motel issues, walls don't have much sound absorption because everytime someone entered or left a room the whole wall moved. Overall comfortable and great value

Nice, refurbished rooms, 3 big beds, enough space for a family of 5. 2 TVs in each unit, fully equipped kitchen, microwave and fridge. Bathroom with plenty of hot water. Owner is a nice chap. We stayed here for 2 nights in 2 rooms last week, we were satisfied.

Location was good, close to CBD(within walking distance). Very quiet area. Room very clean, and well supplied (although an extra pice of cutlery each would’ve been nice). Friendly staff. Parking on site available. Balcony for afternoon sun and relax.

Easy & friendly check-in & good location but it had ants in the kitchen & bathroom in our unit. I said to my hubby lucky I'm not high maintenance or I'd walk out! Looks like the bathroom has been done up, great shower with excellent water pressure. Very clean apart from the ants just super dated apart from the bathroom. Please chuck out / replace the ripped up mat at the door & use some **** killer...

The location was great with walking distance to central Christchurch. The hotel its self is a bit outdated and the beds in the second bedroom weren’t overly comfortable. This was good for an overnight stay though. It was clean, check in was friendly and it was a large space .

Spot-on recommendations for food and sightseeing from the very helpful and friendly front desk staff - think his name was Rob. He even dropped us off at the airport when he learnt that we needed to pick up people. Our party of 8, of varying ages, loved the facilities and had a very comfortable night. The wifi wasn't quite working but it's a minor flaw - still deserves five stars overall.

The location was pretty good, fairly close to the airport. The room was rather small, but enough for just an overnight stay. When I booked, the page had free airport shuttle on it, but it was not actually provided, maybe because we arrived late. But the self-service checkin instruction was clear.

They were very friendly and helpful. They also introduced us to some great places to buy souvenirs near the accommodation, which was very helpful. The room was decorated with beautiful towels like in a beauty salon, and the jetted bath was a welcome relief for our tired bodies after a long day of travel. They made the room very comfortable, which was very helpful. I would definitely like to stay here...

We've been to many countries for both holidays and work so we don't have high expectations of airport motels, especially the cheaper price ones. This one does surprise us because of the service, the cleanness and the little details they have! We arrived late and needed to leave at 4am as a family. They have appliances and cutlery enough for us to heat food up and to have breakfast. Although like usual...

6 minutes from the airport, convenient for passengers going to the airport the next day

It is very close to the airport, about a 5-minute drive away. You can find the hotel's shuttle bus directly from Gate 1 or 2 of Christchurch Airport. Airport pick-up is free and airport drop-off is 7 SGD. The room is quite spacious, with two separate bedrooms, and can be used for simple breakfast.

Its a great stay if u need somewhere close to airport, hotel staff is friendly and can pick up/send the guest to airport

I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, but it was a very good living experience. The room was clean and the guy at the front desk was super nice. He drove us from the hotel to the airport.

The hotel has a great location! Quiet, clean, and spacious rooms with a kitchenette. Free parking is available, and it's convenient for shopping and dining. The owners, a son and daughter, are both Chinese! They are incredibly warm and friendly! Because my flight back to China was that evening, the owner provided me with an extra room free of charge to rest until I got to the airport. I am truly grateful...

I think staffs were kind. Location was also very comfortable. But shower water wasn't strong enough and some furniture looked like needed to be changed or fixed. (But bed was great) So I thought it wasn't big deal. By the way, I don't mind going there again. Thanks.

Our family stayed here in the middle of winter and the rooms were clean, warm and quiet. The staff are also really friendly and helpful.

Great communication. There was a slight issue which would have gone unnoticed by us. But the manager was honest and compensated us for the minor issue nonetheless.

The room was fantastic however the pick-up and drop-off service was poor. We had to use a taxi as the manager was unable to guarantee a suitable time to enable us to catch our 8.40am flight.

The hotel staff were very friendly and patiently helped us arrange a taxi when we arrived on an early morning flight. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare a lavish dinner. The bathroom had heating, and overall, the hotel was clean and well-equipped with convenient facilities and a great location.

Room was spacious, quiet and clean. Basic amenaties. Bed was comfortable. Parking was easy. Shuttle only commences at 7:00 am which is no good for early flights.

Only issue. Requested a later check out with children as we arrived after 11 pm. Was told unavailable. Cleaners did not get to our room till well after that time.

The Motel is great! It’s my second stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Motel is on a busy corner so there is road noise. However it didn’t stop me from sleeping well, and it’s close to the centre of the city.

We absolutely loved our weekend stay here, very private and we loved the option of bringing our 3 fur kids with us and was the best place we have ever stayed at for dogs with our own private court yard for them to hang in!! The location is pretty convenient, especially if you need to be near the airport. Overall it was an okay stay, nothing too special. But there were a few things that really bothered me. The listing says there’s a free airport shuttle, but it actually costs $5, which feels a bit misleading. Also, the toilet situation was honestly kind of ridiculous. After flushing, it just kept making running water...

Outstanding service and welcome! Meticulously clean unit with beautiful outdoor sitting area. Nearby restaurant suggestion was welcome as it was perfect for a drr egg licious dinner. Receptionist and airport pick up staff were delightful and made us feel very welcome. This is a great location when arriving, departing and near the Antarctic Centre . Wish we had stayed longer. This is our second time here and everything is going well. The office staff is super friendly and the apartment is clean. A bottle of milk is provided so we can make latte and milk tea. The motel is located on a main road so there is some traffic noise but it becomes much quieter after 10pm.

Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. The property was near to some local restaurants. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Always good to come home to Chch and be greeted with some mainland hospitality. Room was clean, comfy, and quiet (even when facing a main road). Bathroom was very clean, bed was comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the crockery and utensils. Kudos to the management.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was fantastic. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the services were provided right on time. Overall, everything was just great during the two nights we stayed.
